So happy to hear this! Crouching Lion has always been one of our favorite places to hang out and eat a decent meal. Will be checking it out, again SOON from the Westside!
Businesses start...then they stop because of the throttle of the GET. Hawaii takes their cut off the top, before expenses. It's almost like protection money...except you don't get any protection!
Cultural appropriation, as there are no native Hawaiian Lions. Lions also objected to being depicted in a subserviant, crouching position instead of proudly rampant.
I almost never eat out anymore. Just to expensive, and majority of them only care more about the money and not the food or quality of service. Haven't missed a thing. Much better to have dinner with friends at the beach, park or homes. Ohana not opala.
Big risks and big reward. In this case, $4 million. He's bringing in jobs for the community, food, and lounge. Now, I just have to follow up within a year. Interesting report!
Don’t live out that side but I never knew it has been closed for that long! Good luck
It's very nice there. It's so nice.
He made millions running a boarding school huh? Crazy.
That’s awesome. Good luck on your restaurant.
Mr. Kim, the best of luck/skill in reopening the legendary 'Crouching Lion Inn'.
All my hope & wishes to you in this business endeavor.
