Hi, thanks for your comment. I think you need to have a strong reason as to why you are doing something, and you must find a way to enjoy what you do, that'll help you have more discipline and stay consistent. For instance lets say I become a father and now I decide to workout and eat healthy so i can live longer to see my kids grow, that is a very good and strong why , the next step will than be to choose a diet and form of exercise I enjoy now that'll help me stay discipline. But at the end of the day you can't avoid doing things you don't want to do , so sometimes you just have to be disciplined u get me? I guess it depends on what you are doing to see if it pays of. For me i have monthly goals, and 6month goals and year goals, and then i break that down to things i do on a daily basis and at the end of the month i go back and see if i achieved the goal i had put in place. If i didn't I have to reevaluate and understand why i failed and tweak somethings here and there

The thing with discipline man... Its so freaking hard! Do you have any tips on how to measure if it is paying off on the short run?
