Yes that is a great idea.. I should have planned better knowing it was a defend mission.. but I figured it an easy level so no problem.. I figured wrong! 😂
@@MaddstoneSurvives Yea, this easy mission isn´t easy, done it myself and died to it too. But I did see one thing you did that felt odd, you backed away when firing the bow&arrow it will make it harder to hit those snakes/worms doing that. Still great effort on the mission
The stone lucky strike used to cause quite a few problems before it was fixed. Digging into a cave could cause the whole wall to collapse, overburdening the player and leaving thousands of kilos of stone on the floor!
Hedgehogs are next to the wood fortifications. They break very easily. The spikes on the wood fortifications last a little longer and you can stand behind the wall and hammer the spikes.
The hedgehogs crafted on the carpentry bench were a bit stronger. The ones you craft now don't seem to last long. It's a good idea to try a hedgehog against a wolf just to see how well they survive.
just to let you know dint know if you knew. but you can't unlock all your perks so watch what you pick, and you only go to level 60. if you put windows in your base make sure there closed before a storm. it will destroy what's in your base. and your wood pile will get destroyed from the storm. the game is very realistic. 👍
That is a great point and thank you for sharing. So everyone knows you get 1 talent point per odd level (1,3,5,etc.) and 2 talent points per even level (2,4,6,etc.) and 1 solo talent point per even level. The skill point level cap is level 60 so you will have a total of 90 skill points and 30 solo skill points. You also start with 30 respec points in case you need to buy back some points and you buy more respec points at the Orbital Station. Lastly you you continue to earn Blueprint points even after level 60 allowing you to eventually unlock all the blueprints (please note there are some blueprints that require specific talents to be unlocked).
Not easy? How many bears and jaguars did you have to kill? I saw no juvenile worms either. It could be a lot worse! Sometimes worms are easier to knife.Time to get flint arrows I think. Javelins are powerful but slow and difficult to aim. Arrows are cheaper as well. Wood wall fortifications will help against anything that isn't a worm. The worms are still there because you failed the mission. The worms stop spawning a little after the mission succeeds.
@@MaddstoneSurvives😁 Yes, Icarus can be sneaky at times! Bee killing is melee weapons only. Remember to destroy the nest as well. Bee can damage building pieces and push you off a ramp!
A perfectionist 😊 ty for your dedication.
Thank you! 😊
I'm looking forward to you starting to build.
First failed mission. Now you know how to approach an other one of same kind. Better luck next time.
Looking forward to starting the build. 😁
I love playing this game. so awesome and the devs are hard workers. and always doing updates. the crafting and building are spot on perfect.
This is one of my favorites! 😁
Loving this play through so far man, earned a new sub easy!
Thank you for the comment and support!
27:36 it is easy if you build some walls around the drone and make a tower for yourself to shoot stuff 😂

@@MaddstoneSurvives The clue is in the text - PROTECT the drone while it uploads...
nice easy mission 😂 hint, never take a knife to a gun fight 😁also it helps if you practice aiming.
I had hoped it would have been a little easier with it being an easy level quest.. but I will be better prepared next time! 😁

I don't know if you know this, but that lantern is awesome 😆🥰 just teasin ya, it really is a great light source though ☺
Oh wait until I get the electric lantern! 😁
Yikes, that mission! Looking forward to more in this series.
We are just getting started, more to come!

I remember the good old days and getting a lucky strike on a cave entrance, could build a castle with all the stone! 😅
@@MaddstoneSurvives It was just the collecting and stacking was a pain if all you wanted to do was avoid a bear 🙂
break the bee hives in the caves you get stuff, and the bees will also disappear
Thank you for the info!

I remember some of that from using them with the Thumper event.

Thanks for the info.. I have some to test with so we will see.
"Come on, really? How is that easy?" My thoughts, exactly. Should be Medium imo.
I am planning my revenge.. the worms will PAY!! 🤣
The exotics node has been redone in a recent update.
I will keep a lookout for them.
just curious, why cloth armour and not the bone? Loving the game and learning much from you.
I like having the cloth armor for the speed bonus early on for getting around the map. I will definitely check out the rest of the armors as well.
1 or 2 squared beams and the repair hammer steady
Thank you foe the comment! 😁

There's easy missions and there's easy missions.
And then there’s the mission I tried to do! 😝
Looking forward to the rematch!

I just was not prepared for so many different creatures type with it labeled as Easy, will not let that happen again! 😁
