You talk about Nomos and honestly for the price, or there about, I think I'd rather have a Nomos. I like the dials but I think they're asking a few hundred too much for these. I also had a 7001 and it was a great movement but absolutely tiny. Even in a 36mm watch it looks small. May have been better to use a closed caseback, they could have put the stone on that as well. Really I wish there was a mechanical movement that's widely available between the huge 6497/98 and the minuscule 7001.
I remember back in the early 80s Tissot launched a range of either Granite or Marble watches. The entire case was made of stone with a glass crystal. They also did the same thing with wood as well..
I like the red agate version much better. Not a fan of the base Prismic but these limited editions look like Calatravas. I read that due to the mesh bracelet extending out from the lugs, the effective lug to lug is between 51 and 52mm, which is very odd. And a manual wind watch with a recessed crown is a terrible idea for functionality. Pass, although I do love that red agate dial.
We navigate thru 400 to 2000€ as we always been transparent on that. And we will keep doing this. Next year we will work our current divers / field / GMT / chronographs. GMT will go down in price, and chronograph won't use ST19 anymore due to the policy of supply from seagull. So it will be only SW510. Chrono will always remain more expansive than the others, as well as the prismic with the ETA movement. But its still something a bit aside to our current collections. I find this pretty clear and logical in terms of value perceive globally. But thanks for your feedback.
@@AndreiGeorgescu-j9p hehe, well I guess you don't like what we do and that's just fine ! 🙂 "Taste and colors" you know. I just justify how we get to that price for the spec, which was the point here.
@@AndreiGeorgescu-j9p When you speak about google then you probably have seen those 450 reviews with 4,9* from our office/showroom in Paris ? Or same with the 130 reviews in our London's showroom. Saw these on Hodinkee this morning. I think they look killer. Just dunno if they're worth the add to the collection. 42 hours of power reserve is pretty meh, wish they could've gotten into the 50's anyway. I'd take another mm for some extra PR. Sadly I think it's a pass for me. Love what can be achieved for $1400 nowadays though. In some ways we're spoiled as enthusiasts.
@@andrewbaker3855 thanks for your feedback ! unfortunately we can’t improve the power reserve which doing a new development. The PR for a manual wound movement is indeed the minimum. No choice 😔 Although the main advantage of that caliber is it’s 2,5mm thickness, reason why we used it in the prismic collection. With extra PR it would be way thicker. Can’t win everywhere unfortunately 😁 cheers! Étienne
Love this release. Also dislike the limited nature to it. I've had the thought that it would be cool for more brands to consider selling the watches they use for press releases at a potential discount.
It amazes me that so many have negative comments, and when I look at their profile, it’s only negativity in all their comment. That’s a real shitty way to think and live, hope they find some positivity in their lives🤔🤷♂️🙏🏻
At 2:10 - the specs being shown are wrong and doesn't match what you're saying? Seems like that of a Longines. Gorgeous shade of green on the watch. Another great review as always!
What video is that, the one where they talk about the new watch release? Because there's not a lot you can do to differentiate when the product is identical. He could record the review while skydiving or while riding a Harley Davidson, would that interest you more?
I love it when watch UA-camrs show outfits with the watches. Keep up the awesome work.
The jade looks amazing. Baltic just doesn't disappoint

Wow, the base model Prismic didn't do a thing for me, but these look killer.
I am on the fence and was gonna look for UA-cam videos talking abt this specific colour. Thanks mate now I know I want it!
looks nice

I have the Jade. Looks great, good build and versatile size with 20mm lugs.
I bought jade. But which strap colour does it fit very well with it ?

Green jade is astonishing
Just wow

Think Baltic is going to run into a perceived value issue soon. Love the brand but it’s hard getting through the higher price points, at least for me.

Nice looking watch, yet seeing you try to wind it, was a bit painful. It should be on your dislikes?
Please dont do the same video as everybody elses. Its so boring.
