Hi Andi.... First of all.... Thank you for your wonderful informative videos.... They are very useful.... I am on my weightloss process from about 6 months... List about 17kgs... Need to loose atleast 7-8 kgs more to reach my ideal weight.... But from past one and half month... I reached a plateau in both weight and measurements.... Can you please suggest how can I break the plateau the healthier way....
Thank you so much Surekha, It is quiet common to reach plateau after few months. Then you need to make some change in your diet and exercise. Sometimes you can try to do weekly once fasting or try other variations of intermittent fasting. If you are doing walking regularly then shift to circuit workouts or HIIT workouts. Or try yoga for few days. If you tried all these changes already, then give a gap to dieting and exercise at least for a week min, and then start again.

Hi Sree, I suggest you to follow a balanced diet instead of that. You won't become overweight in one week, it takes months or years. so you need to give sufficient time to lose weight. PCOS is a hormonal disorder, if you restrict few nutrients or give more gaps to meals, that problem will aggravate further.
