Small Club Rock... Come On This Is It...
A son of Rory.......
Rory would be on his knees
I think Rory would love it....a bit heavier Touch...the guitarist is maybe a metalkid
Great performance. What effect does he use on the solos of bad penny? Gallagher used this in studio and some live versions also. Is some kind of a chorus or a phaser or what? I guess it's just a simple boss pedal but hard to figure out for me still..
Rory used the ol Vox AC30 with his Hawk trebel boost. I got the same setup, use it with my '65 Strat...Aint got Rory's magic hands, tho. Peace to all
@@johnsmythe6134 I know but he used effects also. Anyone? On bad penny live versions... Phaser or chorus or what?
Mate, I've also had this doubt for a while. At the Montreux Concert it seems he uses some kind of phaser in the intro of Bad Penny (not on the chord part). There is a little bit of a "wobbly" tone I think might come from a phaser in a very light setting.
Prett sure he used a phaser and an octave pedal together, also by this time in his career he was mostly using Marshall’s , although the vox did get used form time to time,
Yeah it sounds like an octave pedal, maybe a chorus or flanger or something with it slightly too. But most definitely an octave pedal or an octave fuzz maybe.
