Im a 4 yr resident in Greenville county. I moved here from SW Florida in 2020. Screened Lanais and or patios are very commonplace in Florida as you may know. Here it is more random. I would say if your having a house built , you may have to customize it to be screened in. I am in a new Townhome and the patio is not covered or screeded in. Good luck to you
Hi there, thanks for the comment! Like Angela mentioned, compared to Florida for example it is more random here. There are homes, apartments and townhomes with screened in patios and porches but more often that not it's something you will need to add on if allowed! Hope that helps!
You don't. lol. When the humidity level is 80%+, you find a pool, river or lake. To make it more manageable during the work week, I wear all dry fit clothes and drink lots of water.
@@SusanM. It's pretty much humid here year round due to SC's proximity to the ocean, however the humidity is its strongest in the summer months. June, July and August are the hottest and most humid months with the temperature and humidity starting to subside late September. Hope that helps!
Do the apartment, condos & homes have screened in patios?
