Super minor nitpick, Evan: You used a graphic explaining the old block structure that had a grey release for core sets annually. When Weatherlight was out, core sets were released every two years, not annually. But it was still an awesome video! Keep up the fine work.
Weatherlight is a cool set, but it wasnt the first with graveyard mechanics. Animate dead raise dead was there from alpha. Feldons cane and Tawnos crypt were here bevore your first graveremovel appered too. It had an impact, it was the beginning of the new storyarc, but that gravestatement simply isnt true. Even if buried alive is one of the best gravefillers up to today.
It was the first *graveyard-centric set*. That doesn't mean nothing's worked with or interacted with the graveyard, but it was a huge theme for the set and most don't even notice.
The Magic Show agreed, Drive to work with Mark Rosewater mentioned the graveyard theme in (intention) if I remember correctly. Lot of information in those podcasts.
They work just as they did in the past: As Comp. Rule 3.14 states you may only rearrange your graveyard the way you like, if your given format simply doesn't feature any of these old cards caring about the graveyard's order in the first place.
Two Magic Shows in two days? You're spoiling us, Evan!
I'm a simple MTG fan, whenever I see a new Forgotten Lore vid from Evan, I instantly like.
Great as always, just blinked at the furnace comment. Tormod's Crypt from The Dark, was a few years earlier. Love the Lore series!!!

How does cards that care about the order of the graveyard work today, if it's no longer part of the game :/
