My question is why Flechette Storm over Into the Fray? Into the fray makes this build so much more tanky and gives you even more melee energy. I understand Flechette gives it range but often I find the extra range to be worse that the extra woven mail from Into the Fray.
Thread of Warding + Heavy Handed Mod gives you Woven Mail on melee kills, just like Into the Fray. Monte Carlo gives you melee energy and has a chance to fully recharge your melee ability. That covers the increased melee ability regen while having Woven Mail that Into the Fray provides. If you're running Quicksilver though, I would run Into the Fray.
Thanks for watching! Have a nice day.
