When PMLA became used against Politicians, then it was realised that it is draconian. Similarly, if any Govt starts using UAPA also against Politicians, then perhaps people will start understanding.
Out of 25 cases, 24 are convicted that is 0.4%. She deserves the Nobel prize.

Constitution and the preamble directs activity of nation. All Laws base idea was Sanatan Dharm. This is missing understood. Dharma does not imply way of worship. Broadly it is a way of life culture. We therefore say Matru Dharma, Pitru Dharma, Neighbour Dharma like All our day to day activities were covered. This also include, nature , animals etc comprehended with others.
But the Laws are cross All this basics and instead of protecting they are allowed proliferation. It is time to return back because we have enjoyed life and Pease when such culture exists

Mr Sundaram's views appear more inspiring and logical. You cannot bring your opinions in a small discussion on what has been settled by the apex court with months of deliberations. If govt is keeping army in J&K then there must a strong reason to let people feel more secured after decades of terrorism. Which govt would like to spend billions in keeping army and yet not earn people's approval??

Economic terrorism is worse if not as bad as terrorism because the proceeds of the cash generated is used to vitiate the whole economy.
If every Govt.uses PMLA to arrest its opponents what are the Judges doing about it? Why do their Lordships take any number of days to decide one way or the other? Why cannot they decide within a day or two when even mountains of cash are seen in their own properties? Of the arrested says the cash does not belong that person , then just seize the cash and deposit it with the exchequer by announcing the value of the same.
If bail is rule and jail is the exception, what explains the case where Kejriwal is released on bail and the Swati Mahiwal beating inside the farmer's house happens with security and his family behaving as if flies were being swatted!

The very basic precept of a wriiten constitution is to codify the civilisational mores it has to serve and not to negate that civilisation itself. Constitutional morality draws its legitimacy from the civilisation it is serving and cannot stand in isolation or in a vaccum.
