Yes, don't go for Cendana-
Highlighly dense project
No green space area
Green area they are displaying in the photos and video-- is actually not SS land (that is agricultural land)
SS group has a reputation of bad construction - examples SS leaf , SS Almeria & SS coralwood.
--- SS group has a background of fake Hype -- that all towers will be sold out -- but reality is that most of the flats are sold to relatives of builder and they are profiting up via dealing in cash to poor end users....
Final conclusion -- don't go for SS Cendana--- End users will repent.
Beware of this builder. Before making a decision talk to residents of SS Coralwood for post buying struggles and bullish nature of this politician builder and his team who act more like goons than professionals. Such chapri video makers will dance for anybody throwing money!
