The only time I had to look down was when the video ended I just hit the replay button, then when I went into the store I turned the sound down low and just kept hitting the replay because I could not take the time to do a PROPER COMMENT😃. I'm sure everyone else has already thought of this idea but because I'm not tech savvy... I thought I figured out a way I could try to be on time or close to it when it was time to watch. I'm going to try to do it this way if possible on the times I know I will be late. I'll do a quick comment to start then replay as much as I can then I will do my hellos and comments when I can. I love my bread machine now that I have a bit of arthritis. Great for all sorts of breads and doughs. I am out of home canned tomatoes for now, but will adapt the recipe to use what I have. Didn't realize hubby planted kind for one large harvest. Did my catsup, salsas, taco sauce first, then boom no more tomatoes for plain ones. Lesson learned!
Love bread machines. Great tip for the yeast. Even without a bread machine, I am amazed at how easy it is to make bread, pizza dough, homemade noodles, etc. Keep up the good work.

There is nothing that can beat homemade flavors!Especially canned tomatoes and/or juice! I used to grow my own herbs and make pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, etc. then dry some herbs also. I am going to get set up again to do that. Really miss it as I worked outside the home and didn't have time for everything then. Love your channel Tessi! Thanks for all you do and show us!
I made bread the other day I don’t use a bread machine I prefer to do it by hand nice work out I also made a very small batch of homemade ketchup to see how it would be and it was delicious my kids loved it and wants me to make more of it your homemade pizza looks delicious haven’t made one in a while might do it soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just got home but I was replaying this over and over until I could get back on and comment. I know your blender pizza sauce by heart but I would never make it without one of your pizza sauce videos playing while I was making the sauce or the pizza crust and probably the pizza itself.😃 I wish I knew about freezing the pepperoni 2 weeks ago when I was making pizza with my grandson, now that pepperoni is turning grey so I need to throw it away. You probably told me on a different video a while back to freeze the pepperoni but I just forgot like I did the yeast. I'm going now to put my yeast in the freezer!! Homemade pizza is a regular meal here, we don’t like any of what is available in our rural area. Homemade tastes better and saves money. It was fun to see you ad lib instead of editing it out when you misspoke about putting the pizza in the oven!
I really love the idea of putting those homemade Italian seasonings in the pizza *dough* rather than the sauce! I never thought of that! I bet it was delicious. These videos have always been so valuable, Tessie. But even more so now. I was shopping at a local Meijer (large grocery chain kind of like Kroger) store online today. There was an option to buy a whole organic chicken. My jaw dropped when I saw the price! A bit over $26.00! For one chicken! Needless to say, I did not hit that "buy" button! I truly believe that in this age, if a family has one member who is willing and able to shop and cook frugally for the whole family (and do child care duty, some gardening and canning, as well as housework), he or she would more than make up for almost any income that an outside job might supply for the household. It seems that what was always considered "women's work" is worth a large amount of money! 😀 Who knew!? (And in some families, the duties of elder care are also added. A truly priceless contribution to the well-being of the whole family.) This is another one of the many gifts you've given to your subscribers, Tessie. A realization of the true value of the labor that has gone unrecognized for so many years. That really means a lot. And God bless you for it. 💕💕💕

Just happen to be making pizza tonight. My hubby loves BBQ chicken pizza. Where pepperoni and chicken collide. Crust, pizza sauce, canned chicken flakes over, drizzle KC baby rays original BBQ sauce and pepperoni, too with mozzarella and bake 425 degrees 13-15 min. Variation add some sharp cheddar, black olives, onions, mushrooms, etc. His Next favorite is breakfast pizza with sausage and scrambled eggs, red pepper flakes, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, bell peppers, onions, or sometimes I make biscuit and gravy pizza with whole eggs baked on top no pizza sauce but gravy as the sauce. It’s a white cheese like fontina, vintage aged white cheddar or smoked Gouda. Tabasco topping even some AI droplets, it’s Ahmmmazing!

I used to make double pizza dough then freeze half. It comes out well and is a time saver if your able to plan the night before. I bought pizza ingredients on sale and froze
Went to our local stores today to get our groceries. Aldi's had their Butterball turkeys 49 cents a pound! And they are huge!, no limit, I grabbed two and I will can them! And their Appleton Farms spiral slice bone-in hams were reduced to $1.49 pound! Again, no limit! We love those hams, we divide them up into many meals. I guess I will be very busy the next few days! You also can't beat homemade pizza and its crust/sauce!
Next saturday I can blow out 52 candles and I never ordered 1 pizza in my whole life :) Last month I visit a McD since years and it was the first time since months that I had some fries. If I ever wanted fastfood I make it myself (just like you did), the same goes with fries. In my opinion homemade taste better :)

I make a dough that I can use to make bread, rolls, buns, tortillas, focaccia, bruschetta and pizza with. This dough can make I make enough one of the following listed below: 1. an artisian round bread, 2. loaves 2 3. medium pizza doughs 4 4. focaccia or bruschetta. 8 5. buns or large tortilas 12 6. rolls or small tortillas 16 It is the bread dough recipe that makes all those possible. So no need fir a bread machine since my kitchen aid does the mixing and kneading. I only take it out to put in other bowls to rise since I make up this dough, divide it and wrap each division up separately after freezing them as dough balls on a flat tray. I then put them in by tyoe a gallon freezer bag if it is numbers 3 to 6 in that list. Numbers 1 and 2 I make that same day. I date the freezer bags and write what it is for. When I want pizza for dinner I take out the number of pizza doughs we will need and put them in the refrigerator that morning. So then all I have to do is roll them out and top them and bake faith out having to make dough each time.
Pray for hubby and myself,we are living in a motel room,I only have a microwave to cook with. I get no good sleep at night because the man next door is up all night talking or trying to sing.
Hi you can make meatloaf in your microwave, look up micro wave recipes, also look at a thrift shop you could find a used crockpot for your room. Prayers

When I make pizza sauce I like to take spaghetti sauce then add two whole heads of garlic. I put the mixture in a lasagne pan and bake at 350 until it is thick as a paste

We have reduced eating out for many reasons. After a while I realized I like the food I cook at home better than eating out. Love and hugs.

If I ever wanted fastfood I make it myself (just like you did), the same goes with fries. In my opinion homemade taste better :)

I make a dough that I can use to make bread, rolls, buns, tortillas, focaccia, bruschetta and pizza with. This dough can make I make enough one of the following listed below: 1. an artisian round bread,
2. loaves 2
3. medium pizza doughs 4
4. focaccia or bruschetta. 8
5. buns or large tortilas 12
6. rolls or small tortillas 16
It is the bread dough recipe that makes all those possible. So no need fir a bread machine since my kitchen aid does the mixing and kneading. I only take it out to put in other bowls to rise since I make up this dough, divide it and wrap each division up separately after freezing them as dough balls on a flat tray. I then put them in by tyoe a gallon freezer bag if it is numbers 3 to 6 in that list. Numbers 1 and 2 I make that same day. I date the freezer bags and write what it is for. When I want pizza for dinner I take out the number of pizza doughs we will need and put them in the refrigerator that morning. So then all I have to do is roll them out and top them and bake faith out having to make dough each time.

Hi you can make meatloaf in your microwave, look up micro wave recipes, also look at a thrift shop you could find a used crockpot for your room. Prayers

I always make mine in my bread machine also. I do a double batch so I can have some for the freezer.
The pizza looks delicious.I much prefer homemade over fast food. It is all so over priced and by the time you get it home it is usually cold. Your home is just so cozy and lovely. Your income may be low but that is one amazing life you have. May God bless you.

When I make pizza sauce I like to take spaghetti sauce then add two whole heads of garlic. I put the mixture in a lasagne pan and bake at 350 until it is thick as a paste

Love homemade pizza! I do not care as much since the pandemic started food out is sooo pricey and the quality is just not there! I prefer to cook my own food to know what I am getting!
