- When a claim/ case is filed in Consumer Court, the court follow the procedure which is laid down in The Punjab Protection of Consumer Act 2005 for punjab only. In this video, I have tried to show what is the procedure which court adopts after clam is filed.
The Consumer Court shall, on receipt of a claim if it relates to any products,-
(a) forward a copy of the claim to the defendant mentioned in the claim directing him to file his written statement within a period of fifteen days or such extended period not exceeding fifteen days;

I have bought ticket for Etihad Air line , Flight was cancelled due pandemic at April 03, 2020 and departure was at April 19, 2020, they informed through email for cancellation by their-selves, now as today its about more than 90 days, there is no refund, they still saying refund is in process, visa was valid till May 14, 2020 (That was visit visa for Australia), they are still saying it is in process, whether regular refund period is 30-45days, so what should I do?

i ordered some car parts from a online facebook store they asked for payment in advance i made a deposit via easypaisa they said they have dispatched the ordered items but i did not receive anything i asked them again and again but they were not responding i made a complaint on citizen portal after that assistant director F.I.A contacted me and asked me to record my statement i provided them evidence and my statement was recorded and i was assured that they will call me when they arrest the suspect but nothing happened i waited and waited now please tell what should i do.

I purchased a scooty of cost 1 lakh 50 thousands from Ali Khan autos Circular road Rawalpindi. After 1 day i came to know it was defective.I called them but they didn't respond. Unfortunately those days my mother got dangui and she got hospitalised in CMH i also was with her as an attendant. Alhamdolillah when she got well i took that scooty to their showroom but those people misbehaved with me and my mother badly😢At last they told us we will resale your scooty, whenever it sells we will return your payment.After one week thy didn't respond us.how can it be sell as it was defective one.I'm private school teacher nd having low salary. I'm worried plz help me I shall be very grateful to you😢😢

دھبے والے کا ریٹ 65 روپے فٹ ہے اور کلئیر کا 110
میں نے اس کو 110 روپے دیے ہیں کیا اس کے خلاف کنزیومر کورٹ میں کیس کر سکتا ہوں
