In this video I have tried to explain shortly why and when guardianship certificate is required to be obtained and who can apply. In fact, mother is natural guardian but in some cases, the guardianship is required to be obtained by mother. Minor means the child who has not attained the age of 18 years.
Guardian and Wards Act 1890 deals with the guardianship.

lawyer ki fee jo bhi tay ki jae.. har lawyer ki apni apni fee hain..baqi advertisement p, drafting file pe thora kharcha ata hai, aur surety bond jama krwana prta hain adalt k hukm per agr apni registry hai to 1000 to 3000 karcha is ka yani wakeel ki fees ko hata ka 5000 k lg bag askta hain

Dear Sir, please guide me,
my grand father invest Rs.100000 on my name National Saving center at that time is was only 08 year old.
last year my Grand father died.
my father go to National saving center, they says to bring Guardianship certificate from court.
My mother and father say that we are parents, but they refuse this and insist for Guardianship certificate, now i'm 12 years old.
