I had a really nice wheat fan with all kinds of screens and we used it to clean some grain. Had it in the shed and a man that helped me at the time on the weekends square baling hay wanted it and I wasn't using it anymore so I sold it to him for $20 and he said he was going to restore it. I guess he did. He moved away and I lost track of him. Mine had a hopper on the top and you could shut it off if you needed to. Thanks for sharing the video and bringing back memories of my younger days.
Very cool, we call that a fanning mill up here. I have an old clipper around here somewhere. The young lady is not afraid of splinters in her feet? Thanks for this video. Best regards from Indiana.
"Cutting edge technology " you cracked me up!!! Thanks for the video and humor!!

Love that you're using the old stuff and showing how it's used.

Sounds like a fancy one.
@@so.md.dirtfarmer2226 guess it was a late model. Don't remember what brand it was now.
I'm always amazed when I think about the amount of technology, time and work that goes into a flap jack
Boy have we come along way with technology.
Could you take measurements and good pics of that contraption? Would love to build my own.
As much as l'd like to help you I really don't have the time to do that.I'm sure you can Google Winnower and find lots of info about it. Good luck!
@@so.md.dirtfarmer2226 No worries thanks.
Is that grain from the combined? The combined doesn’t clean it up?
Hey Donald! Yes, that's from the combine, it will always need a little more cleaning before grinding flour.

She was born barefooted, and has never seemed to out grow it.
Nothing wrong with that. I believe I was too. Sure is a little slice of heaven you have there. Looks like nice country.
That is a damn good description
da noi si chiama ventarola
Very cool
Ours was a little more fancy than that. Ours would dump the grain in gunny sacks.
Wow, sounds like a top of the line model.
