Also I can confirm that the pearls are genuine with a 14kt gold clasp. At least 5 items are silver / gold , 1 ring is diamond , 1 ring is stainless steel, 2 items is unknown and unmarked but appears to be gold and the rest were good quality fashion jewelry

I checked an item that said in the title, 18karat gold chain with puffy or round heart. Guess what? I decided to check the description and this is what I saw:"Stainless Steel Polished Heart Charm Pendant Necklace 18"
It is always recommended to always use a jewelry kit to test the jewelry. I diamond tester will tell you if what you got is a real diamond or just a cz stone. Also, the acid test will tell ya if it is real gold or silver. The magnet test won't work for most of the jewelry cause stainless steel doesn't stick to magnets.
It is said:*"if it looks too good to be true, then it is not real"*
I actually had a pendent that looked like it and it did have diamonds in it.
Only testing will say for sure but I worked in the fine jewelry business for a decade and those look like real but poor quality diamonds. Probably not gold. Plate over silver (if you're lucky) but, hey, it's a pretty necklace and those pearls are probably certainly died but they are very very nice! Good haul young lady! I'm wondering how much you paid for the box!!

To address the comments about the diamonds:
It is very possible that they could be low quality diamonds that are typically called "promotional diamonds". They are generally single cut stones of a poor quality lot of diamonds. She can confirm by using a diamond tester. Sadly, I have seen diamond necklaces that look just like this in commercial jewelry stores. And YES, you CAN mount diamonds in stainless steel. You will primarily see it in watches; however, it does occur in other types of stainless steel jewelry. It isn't optimal to set in stainless steel due to how hard the metal is but, it is possible and does occur.
Last, just be kind.

However as I was telling Lunadeapril I know I live in the Caribbean and it would of had to pass thru customs etc to get to me so idk what to think or who to fault. However it's the first time this happened to me as it pertains to any package I have ordered. I saw luna's vids and was so excited to order so you could imagine my disappointment.. I took pics of when i opened the box However I didn't contact you as I thought that more than likely you would have told me you would not have been able to do anything. It is an eBay jewlery purchase I made after all! I have actually spent so much time on your store looking at your jewlery and the different types of mystery boxes you offer but I am so disappointed and scared of ordering anything else😓

@Serendipity - I agree. No seller willingly gives stuff away below its value. She certainly makes an advertisement to John's online business. However in the goodwill jars you can find many good stuff. The people employed there often don't know the value of items. I live in UK and used to find amazing things in the local charity shops, until all charity shops started hiring experts to check donations. Now I rarely find something worthwhile. But in that short time when I was actively looking for 'gems' and the old ladies in the shops just gave a short glance to the items before they priced them, in that good old times I found few gold necklaces, countless vintage sterling silver jewellery sometimes literally for pennies, also a big sterling silver bowl for £5.00, a huge beautiful opal slab for £3.00 etc etc... Now I'm finding treasure at carboot sales.
I hate to burst your bubble about that diamond heart necklace but I am an insider in the trade you get your loop and start lookin at those diamonds you will see how cloudy they are how much carbon is in them how many inclusions etc, Then you won't be so impressed most of what is shining back at you is the facet surfaces and the metal that holds the diamonds in that's it. They are barely above industrial grade, if that. The one saving grace is that most people don't know that and they will most certainly be impressed unless they know - like I do.

Sadly, they do set diamonds in stainless steel. It is more common in watches but it does happen in other types of jewelry. It isn't optimal but possible.

I was just kinda thinking when it was mentioned in video that it was a one off peice, full of diamonds that it would most likley set in gold, silver, platinum but as someone else pointed out , she diddnt say the diamonds were of good quality or clarity, so that would make sense, you learn somthing new everyday 🙂 it is a very beautiful necklace non the less,. I think most of the comments are correct. Beware of this deal because they are making it too good to be true. Read all the comments, much of this jewelry is not very high quality.
It’s a grift, pure and simple. I’ve been buying and reselling jewelry for years now, and these kinds of lots pop up quite often on eBay and other sites. They’re always a waste of money and the jewelry is cheap. No one knowingly and repeatedly sells diamonds and solid gold jewelry for 40 bucks for a huge box of it.

I’ve been in the jewelry business for several years now, and you’re absolutely right. This is super cheap jewelry. There is nothing wrong with low end jewelry, though. There is something wrong with selling low end jewelry as high end jewelry and ripping people off, though.

@@vickinoble4744 they might be chip diamonds. I'm quite sure when the jeweler is cutting their diamonds pieces fall from the cut sometimes and they do use them to make cheap diamond 💎 jewelry.

I think it would be helpful for you to learn about how to identify Real sterling and gold and learn to test for metals. Most real gold and diamond pieces bought in lots are used. Even auction houses would never claim something is gold or silver without careful testing. Be careful. One cannot go by a mark and assume its silver or gold.
Do you know how to use your new loop with the light?? If so, why not use it. Why did you show it to us? How can you tell diamonds merely by looking?

The issue is last time I tried that the person lived in a country that didn’t allow me to send jewelry ( Muslim country) I forgot that some countries have strange restrictions and I don’t want to say oh Canada and Europe and Australia only 😞 I’m sorry you are wasting your money... do you have relatives or friends in the US that you can ship to and they can ship you your packages?

Here’s the thing. You actually can get a decent piece of pearl and sterling jewelry for around forty dollars, but it won’t be fabulous quality, and you DEFINITELY won’t get a whole box of Diamond jewelry with it lol. This is a grift.

Diamonds have air holes through the back of the jewelry if you notice cubic zirconia will not have a whole behind the gem and Diamonds always have holes

Hey Huni, when you opened the last box & it was the Grandmother to Granddaughter Tag necklace, I am so glad that you have fond memories of her , as I do too. I never got to see much of her growing up for alot of reasons , although i have the precious Memories of her when I was quite young, I Understand that one fully, as My Grandmother passed away in her 90's, I never got to see her prior to her passing away, My Uncle who is very Selfish, prevented me from seeing her & well it broke my Heart, I saw her one time only to find she was happy to see me whereas he told me to leave, I let him know that I was not going to leave, She looked at me & said you better go. Just because he had a falling out with my Mother, does not give him the right to treat me the same way, So I did cry alot when I heard that she passed away, i had to find out if she was buried or cremated, So again I don't know where her resting place is when, she died. At least she is in Heaven, I didn't even get to go to the Funeral. Because Nobody told me in time where it was, So Even though she has passed away, i still have a beautiful Picture of her holding her Great Grandson when he was a newborn. He is now 25yrs old. So I got that photo & it means alot to me. Btw Internationally, you are right its so hard to get things like what you get as its expensive to send & vice versa, My Sister lives in Canada. It takes up to 3mths to get to her, things that I send to her, Its not cheap Its worth it though, If you decide to have a Giveaway, as I checked the ebay to see if I can get the Jewellery Mystery Box & sadly we do not have them, Grrrrrr please pick me, As I just had my Birthday recently, otherwise all the best huni on your Adventures on this channel. Have that 18 it chain tested. It doesn’t look right for 18 it gold. It’s too white.a lot of chains marked with Italian stamps are plate over silver but marked gold. I see it all the time working for a jewelry appraiser.

Purchased Late At Night ,So It Was A Good Deal Appropriately 250.00 At That Time On Sale , Because Low Inventory In Their Stock. I Still Have It Today And It Looks Great And No Discolorazation And Still Sparkles. Also , The JTV Channel , On Cable ( On TV , From Nashville ,Tennessee Sells This Heart Shaped Necklace.) It Is Still A Nice Piece Of Jewlery And The Rest Of Her Collection. I Noticed Some Of The New Tags On Some Of The Jewlery And It Looked Like The Same Tags That Come With The Jewlery I've Purchased From JTV And I've Seen The Same Jewlery Sold By Them That Came Out The Box. The Smoky Quartz Ring Is Nice ,But ,It Looks Like A SS 925 . I Can Assure You The Earrings Are Not Diamonds . The Larger Hoops Are Light As A Feather , But , They Are Not Real.
Just a note testing kits can be purchased. This kit should include testing solution for 24, 18, 14, and 10 karat gold as well as a testing stone, some kits also include a solution for platinum. A loop is only to aid the eye. The karat stamp is just a stamp until proven by a gold test. As for diamonds Color, Cut, Clarity, and Carats are used to rate diamonds a tester will only tell you it is a diamond. Hope this is helpful. Also when it comes to gold the numbers indicate a standard and countries have different standards for precious metals. Hope this is helpful .

In Australia , only ONE stone in that whole pendant needs to be a diamond, for it to be called a ‘Diamond’ Pendant.
It could be as small as 1, 2 or 3 points! The rest are CZ.

I don’t know if you get this- all of these are custom fashion accessories. I can see that you are passionate about gold, silver and gems so please buy from a reputable jeweler. One more thing that necklace is either glass or crystals. Pro tip take a picture of the piece and research the image. You will see the real prices.

Sometimes people sell jewelry that's gold, especially in thrift stores either because they don't have time to sort it r because they have no knowledge about jewelry ive seen antique pieces made of gold, that looks like costume jewelry, antique European diamonds look fake, n some jewelry from other countries is not always marked. Moissanite looks exactly like diamonds, but they r not diamond, but better than cubic zirconia. Real diamonds have a frosty look n under ultraviolet light will look bluish. N have darks spots called carbon.
