Right
850,000 is definitely a LOT of money, but doesn’t make someone a millionaire.
Close enough for me..
It will of you go to a country where your money is valued more.
If you invest it right or use it as capital for a buisness venture, it can make you much more then a millionaire, 850,000 Is more then enough to make you a future billonaire, it just takes Vision, research & patience, & a little effort, but 850k is a great launching pad to much much more, if you don't get impulsive & waste it. But even if you didn't invest it, 850k could last you a life time, if you are frugal & practical with it. Just don't let the money go to your head & be a fool, instead, use your head to manage the money & make it work for you, or you will be right back to square 1.... & again you will be "working for your money" - have a blessed & prosperous lifer to all who read this :-)

My wife bought a bracelet from a garage sale for $25, she gave it to our daughter for a birthday present, our daughter had it appraised and it turns out that the bracelet was worth $12,000. It was a bracelet made in Germany in WWII that the German soldiers made for their mothers as something to remember them by due to the chance that they might not return from war and that there were only about a dozen or so of these bracelets in excistance so you never know what you will find at a flea market or garage sale

I know my costume jewelry isn't worth anything to anyone but me. It used to be my late Momma's, so it's priceless.
My mom loves costume jewelry too, I know one day when she’s gone I’ll cherish it like you do. Like it’s priceless 💗 glad you have your mums stuff still.
Sorry, dear :-(. My mom had a real diamond that I now have, but I have all her old Avon jewelry and old watches she never got new batteries for as well. Money's not nearly as valuable as memories.
When my grandmother passed, to some of the family's great annoyance, she left me all her jewelry. Some pieces were from the 1920's and were worth a bit of money, but like another commenter said, money's not nearly as valuable as memories. A couple pieces I wear, namely her antique cameo and a pair of opal earrings, but the rest is locked up in my safe.
Yes whether it's worth pennies or hundreds if it was my grandmother's then I don't care it's mine forever because it means something to me.
Before my Grandmother passed away, she asked me what I would like of hers after she was gone and I replied, NaNa, May I Please have Your MaMa’s Beautiful costume jewelry necklace and she had such a funny look on her face when I asked her for that one piece & she said, Mija, why that one & I said, Because it’s was Your MaMa’s & my Great grandmother’s and it’s Lovely. Well she came to tell me also when I asked for that Specific necklace she said it was already 80 Years old when I first wore it back on December 18th, 2002 & now 20 years later, it’s 100 years old. I’ve had Many of people come up to me and ask me where I got my necklace, because they had never seen it’s style and Beauty before & I tell them that it was my Great Grandmother’s Poor girls diamonds 😁🥰😁🥰😁🥰😁🥰😁 I Miss You NaNa 😞😞😞😞
I also got a silver ring at a garage sale last year for $20. I decided to have it appraised. The owner of the jewelry store offered me $7500.00 for my ring saying in was white gold with 2.2 carats diamond.

His avid interest was the catalyst that made her finally get the stone appraised after having it for thirty years. I'm wondering if she had let him look at it if he would have taken off with it?

Don't ever let a jeweler take your jewelry into the "back room" for appraisal.
Don't ever let your jewelry out of your sight. A good Jeweler can appraise your jewelry in front of you & unscrupulous jewelers change out stones all the time!
Count the pearls on your necklace before you turn it in to be restrung & have another jeweler appraise and size the pearls before you turn your necklace in to be restrung.

My fiance asked me if I wanted it back n I said no. It's got bad history but whoever found it was probably thinking they got pretty lucky stumbling upon it walking down the street
So incredibly valuable to her. The ring gave her life purpose she just couldn’t imagine life without it. The narrator would make a awesome lawyer
Psst She isn't a millionaire if the ring was $850,000 and she was in debt...
Depends when she sold it. If it was say 20 years ago that money is way over a million now.
Roland Tuason I never said she couldn’t have lost or spent the money.
@Roland Tuason true true. 🙌

She will buy a big house and a fine car and in 6 months the money will be gone and she will be broke and have to go live at the homeless shelter
Poor woman was ripped off by the narrator....the ring was $1M and she only got $850k
this mans voice gets right on your nerves !
🤣😂
I think his voice is nice
yes, HATE that voice
😂🤣🤣
Imagine this guy narrating your day to day life
Yessss. Every girl is a princess
This is the video version of those long drawn out multi page click bait articles. The ones that take forever to get to the point.
🤣🤣🤣
So, true!
Word!!!!!!!
It's hard to believe anyone would subscribe to this after sitting through this mindnumbingly long story.
I can't help but think they lowballed her
Abaddon Targaryen
Don’t feel too bad, it’s not a true story.
Me too!
I think so too!
This is the guy at parties who never shuts up
she should look the man up that made her so scared, and give him a reward. Had it not been for him, she would still be living pay check to pay check. SPORTING A $13 PIECE OF COSTUME JEWELRY!!!!!
Does anyone even worry about who lost a million dollar ring for 13
Denise hiknee NO, there probably rich and gave the ring to there housekeeper and the housekeeper sold it for $10 dollars
It’s all i could think about in watching this.
I like the housekeeper idea, but doubt she would have sold it. More likely it was missed at a house clearance, after she died. Might be someone out there who still doesn't realise, joking "do you remember how Aunt Mary always said her ring was a real diamond, silly old thing!"
Short version: woman buys ring at flea market for 10 pounds ends up being worth 650,000..... there ya go!!
Thankyou for saving me so much time! :-)
Challenge: take a one sentence story and make it 3000 words
Narrator: hold my beer
Fast forward to 5:34
Thank me later!
