Hi Mr. Tony I know everyone is different but I wanted to share my sister has to watch what she eats and drinks, coffee or pop with caffeine elevates her blood sugar. I never would have guessed that would be possible but in her case it is. Best wishes to you on your journeys. God bless you
Yeah there's definitely no cookie cutter when it comes to diabetes but I do know that the carnivore for me so far has reversed it I will be explaining more after I get my blood work done on the 13th

I think you have one of the best music intros for a UA-cam channel. Really like your channel and I can tell in each video how your stroke symptoms are are getting better. Hey Tony. Thanks for another great video. And thanks for sharing about the carnivore diet. We chatted before about stroke and I also have stomach issues. At first I thought it was related my heart issues with bloating but after taking water pills for several years I still get bloated. My cardiologist doesn’t know why. I may try the diet to see if it helps. Only issue is my wife is vegan so might have to do some negotiating. Thanks so much. Hope we can chat again soon.

Hi Tony, I know of a man and his wife, who went on the carnivorous diet 3 years ago. His asthma disappeared, his shoulder pain is gone and even his eyesight is improving. His wife has had severe social anxiety for many years, and that is diminished, and her chronic back pain has almost left her as well. Not to mention that both their energy levels are way up, they're older; our age. I'm very interested to see how the diet effects you, I hope for positive results, but I don't think you'll be disappointed.

When I originally started the channel it was just random Adventures but nobody could find me so I added the 2.0 and then I started being able to search and found
I'm kind of envious that you aren't swarmed by mosquitoes and don't have to worry about bears. In Arkansas they would carry you away if you weren't behind mesh. Basically hiking and walking the woods is over here until late next fall. We can still kayak and fish but the woods are off limits unless you enjoy ticks, chiggers and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. By we have glorious winters.

The weather app Debbie is ABC 33 44 Jake the Oregon boy had told me about it and he's looked at a lot of apps and said this was the best one
You can eat the burger with a fork
I figured I would eat it off The Cutting Board and save wear and tear on the fork LOL actually I didn't have a fork only had a spoon but still it went down quick
good god almighty.....grill the burger on open flame.....that method you used looked awful...
