How To Unlock Everything NEW! In The Wild West Christmas Event!

- Just a few hours ago the developers surprised the whole community be releasing the Christmas event everyone from the core including me were shocked on this unforeseen release. But you don’t need to worry because in this video I will be giving you a step by step guide on how to unlock everything new added in the Christmas event of 2023. Also at the end of the video I will be announcing my Prototype giveaway winner, Ashwell as telling you how you can enter to win it Ashwell, just watch the whole video till the end, without any further ado lets get started.

Firstly Spawn at bronze city, you’d realize the whole map has been filled with snow a decoration, don’t focus on it for now and head to the front of the bank. There you’d see a big Christmas tree and underneath it are presents for people, your present from the devs are the pink one, open it up and you’ll get snowballs weapon and a sledge, Firstly you can use the snowball by reloading it by standing on snow and throw it by holding down left mouse button. It is not really a good weapon, leave a like the video if you want me to wipe out players using it. Now to use the sledge, you must spawn your horse first and then place the sledge behind it, afterwords connect it and you’re good to go. It can carry 4 players on the back of it and is very useful for traveling with friends.
Now for our main quest we must visit santa and speak to him about it. Follow this route to this area called copper glutch mines and make your way to the top to meet santa alone in the facility. Speak to santa for yourself and you’ll find out that snowmen with aimbot and yellowboys have taken over the wild west. And without you it will be impossible to beat them. So santa sends you out on the quest to hunt these snowmen down.
Similar to the undead legends event where zombies could be found around the map, snowman can be found around the map aswell but unlike undead legend’s zombies with melee weapons, these snowmen are armed with yellowboys and exploits, yes you heard me right. These guys can fly, wallbang through Steel, metal and rocks and also have aimbot. But like I said in the start of the video, I’ve figured out everything and created the easiest method for you to farm them. Start off by spawning at bronze city and making your way to fort henry. We’re going to capture font henry because if you’re were to make a small mistake and die, you’d be able to easily spawn at henry to continue the work. After capturing we are going to do a rectangular snowman hunting strategy, in short RSH. In this way you’d be able to hunt these snowmen down utilizing their respawn time and you not dying constantly.

This event was overal simple and sweet, I gladly enjoyed it myself.
The only downside is the snowmen being in many places at the point of being able to spawncamp some places
it sucks
Shame no new horses in these events but ay lets appreciate the devs that are still working hard for the progression and building update!

My favorite christmas event had to be krampus, the boss fights were really fun, also u can't beat the reindeer when it comes to fort raiding.
Fr the snowmans are so annoying i cant even go to the jungle without getting shot by one of them, same with the bison field

The event is definitely smaller but it its something fun to do that will keep you entertained and TTOUFIQ guided me alot in this event with his videos.

I noticed the cover for the game was slightly different than regular, looking a little closer I saw a santa looking dude with a new rifle, so immediately I started pinging everyone I knew who played tww about it. However when joining there was no update, so I got to enjoy the last few moments with Jane and the zombies before server shutdown. The Stream was fun even though it got privated, and I hope everyone got what they wanted for Christmas. Have a happy Christmas everyone! 🎄

Opinion on the event story, area decorations and the "golden gun":
Did i mention how amazing the decorations and the sky looks like?! It's so amazing! The lore is kind of... Questionable, i thought that Santa is the mastermind, but it's a honour for him to see us, making us more legendary than a mythful legend. The gun is good. Definitely isn't as bad as people call it.
Opinions on strategy:
I have my own strategy on defeating snowmen which i call "HQS" aka (also known as) Hill Quick Slaughter and i don't like pretending to be superior.... But I think that its way better than yours.
Spawn at Howling Peak, around the hill there are many snowmen all around and are close to each other, however them ganging up is rare and their spawn rate feels way faster (it took only 20 seconds for one to respawn, somehow) to fight the snowmen, take a friend and have them on the rocks, while you're on land taking cover. Since the friends wont need to take cover and you can use the rocks to make sure the snowmen wont get dangerous to you, by focusing on the same snowmen he will disappear like a snowflake in front of flamethrower. If you dont see anyone spawn for a while, go to Gulch mine and try to find some snowmen, then after dying or 2 mins later return and repeat progress. Because my strategy doesn't require going into long distances and doesn't take such a risk, while having more cover... I think that this suits more to me.
*Important note: the snowmen might have a simple self-learning AI and you may not be able to pull this strategy correctly, even though my strategy might work the best, that doesn't mean you can pull it off. Make a strategy yourself and get used to it if you like :) Important note 2: The Frozen Volcanic rifle no longer deals double dmg on snowmen, it might be a bug*

@@helloalty2138 I think that it's a bug, the new, higher AI level snowman NPC might not be considered in the code as a snowman, so that the gun doesn't do double dmg. Just report the bug to Devs and wait for them to fix it.......... *(patiently)*

I think they're already avaible, so you just look in the hats section and find them there without needing to collect anything

I did not expect a Christmas event this year because of the progression update being heavily worked on. I really enjoyed the update even though it did not contain that much.

That warms my heart, the game is basically abandoned, but the holiday updates are still here, and they kind of small, but fun.
It's a single NPC that drops items. Update will last you 2 days max before the game becomes boring
