Hope you feel better soon boss
Boss man… I have much admiration for you sticking with it. One of the signs of a worthy ‘Man Card’ holder is determination to do a job and do it well despite the sacrifice.
You did Manhood right with the job and putting out this video.
If hoping and praying you heal quickly works… I’m gonna believe my pulling for you played a small part. Because you have my sincerest wishes and prayers, bud!
Oh Geeze Louise man! ...but there is LOTS of hope (if your injury is what I think to be a herniated/ruptured disc) because surgery for has progressed by leaps and bounds over the years - I had a double herniated disc operation 30yrs ago, was up on my feet walking my IV pole down the hall a few hours later, back to work less than a couple of weeks (painting contractor 45yrs, and now since retired) that surgery saved me and my business! You can imagine how successful that operation is today. You're going to be well and back-on-site before you know it brother. Be well. 👍
if you dont own one my personal opinion get you a tens unit. Not a doc but my step dad has a lot of back issues too this saved him
@@scottmcnichols4885 I'm actually using it right now! Lol
Hey, Mike I hate hearing you got hurt. I got injured in 92. I went to step off a backhoe and the bottom step was missing and I went straight down and hit on my tailbone. Was paralyzed for about six hours. But I got feeling back a day or two later. I wound up taking months of physical therapy. Finally the company lawyer told me either have surgery or you no longer work there. Long story short after two surgeries I have been disabled for 31 years. I will keep you in my prayers hoping you can beat this. Thanks for sharing.
Been dealing with back issues for 20 years. Get a good chiropractor. Mine keeps me upright. No pills or er visits.
What the heck! Dirt Boss down. We can’t have it! I wish I could help. Strength and prayers sending your way. Get well soon and take care of yourself!
Feel better, man it's never fun having to sit around
Wish you a speedy recovery Mike.
Prayers, Mike. Speedy recovery.
Hope you get better soon brother! Thanks for repping the shirt. I put your sticker on in my last video.
Hope you get better soon!
Dude. Man, I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully you just need a week or two of vacation. Absolutely praying for you.🙂
Mike 20 years as a OR RN Neurosurgical Team Leader at St. Peter’s, FYI they have traveling neurosurgeons employed there at present. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions about surgeons. Wishing you a speedy recovery! Sounds like a disc problem “ruptured nucleus propulsion” Disc is pushing on a nerve… not a physician but love running equipment!
Get well soon, your health is the foundation of everything. We're all here for you.
Sorry about your situation. Hope for the best for you. Thoughts and prayers. The job is looking great. A lot of work to get it there. Take care.
You know we're in your corner and wish you recovery SOON. This is NO fun. My brother-in-law just went through this for about 4 months and finally found an outstanding surgeon, got totally healed and has never felt better after a very minor surgery. He just had to wait a while to get scheduled for the surgery and was in BAD pain (like yours) the whole time. Problem with these injuries is that you aren't even aware of how you did it. It's like stepping the wrong way and breaking a bone in your foot. Stay strong, my friend. You're in a good area for medical treatment and should get relief fairly fast. (I know, yesterday wouldn't be fast enough, LOL!) For now, rest is the best thing for you.
Thanks!
Years of construction work brought years of sciatica pain issues for me Twisted out my back lifting a bag of concrete years ago. Sometimes went a week or more often two or three times a year unable to barely move after years of lifting and twisting in all kinds of ways. MRI's, meds, shots, etc. Excruciating pain, numbness, etc. Best advice and preparation I ever got was from a seasoned pro athlete who taught me twist and turning warmup exercises for sciatic pain that would keep returning. Ya gotta blood-flow warmup and keep those back and glute muscles and spinal vertebrae tuned in. Haven't had a back issue in well over a decade. Rest up. We're hoping you heal up and recover soon, sir!
Praying for a full recovery Dirt Boss!
Thanks for sharing buddy, excellent work, I know the feeling with the thrown out back an pain in lower body, I have that happen about once a year, an it's usually during winter time for some reason, hope your feeling better mike, 🇺🇲💪👌🤙✊
Praying for you to get back on your feet and back at it soon!
Pullin for you Dirt Boss...Get better!! Might be apinched nerve it will work itself out doctors are amazing and so are Chiropracters. Youll be back on site in no time!

It's always the twisting motion that does the back in most often. Your an awesome guy and need you back on site so I can keep learning more from you!! I'm a small solo excavating show!
Yep.
Get Well Soon Dirt Boss!
The ONLY relief is TIME. Sucks to say but it may take a month. Hang in there man. Get well, Cheers!
Выздоравливай брат и береги себя, работы много ты один.
Get well soon BOSS !!
Man I hope and pray for a speedy recovery, I had the similar issue they can’t do anything with the disc it’s to thin. I had a number of nerve burns. On July 25th I had knee replacement surgery then on August 10th had emergency surgery for perforated bile they said if I waited another day I would have probably died. I’m on the recovery road. Mike I wish you the best I will pray for you every day my friend God bless.
Hang in there; everything you explained about your pain I had about a year ago. I had a pinched nerve. The doctor did surgery to get the pressure off. Within days, the pain was gone that was a year ago. Will be praying for wisdom for you and the doctor to move forward.
Chiropractor my friend…remember that when you land on your foot from the excavator, dozer, CTL, or the busa it jams your hips….i have had that issue for a long time and at 70, my injury was at 16, and there have been several times i crawled into the chiropractors office..See a Parker or Palmer graduated chiro…
Will pray for your recovery, you are needed very much, your road building abilities are a gift.
Get Well Soon Dirt Boss, We need ya Back on Site!
Get well soon dirt boss
Sorry for your misfortune our prayers are with you. Our prayers are with you . For a speedy recovery.

Damn buddy I know what your going thru. I’m so sorry hopefully you will get better. It’s been a battle for me now for 10 yrs. I’m hoping it’s a fast recovery for you. I did have surgery but it wasn’t the best out come. I just hope and pray that you will get well fast and complete
Wishing you the best and a speedy recovery
Hang in there Mike. Hopefully the MRI results point to the treatment plan.
Get better soon buddy!! Hope you have a speedy recovery!
Get well Dirt Boss!
I've been where you are and I feel for you. Take care of yourself. Don't jump back into work too soon. Good luck Brother!
Take care of your back Mike. Broke my back16 years ago, and had 4 levels fused. Pain free now after that surgery. Ibuprofen was my best friend.
I hope you get to feeling better it sucks when you have things to do but can’t. But take it easy and heal Dirt Boss.
Im sorry for what you're going through Dirt Boss. 20 years ago Same thing happen to me. Don't let nobody cut on your back. Im a machine Operator too. I was really down in the dumps. Couldn't move or walk. Had to use a walker, ended up having to crawl around like a mermaid just to move around the house. I thought my career was over until I found a place. Find a place that does tractional therapy, functional disc stabilization. you will wish you had.
Get well Mr. Dirt Boss. I love your videos and hope you recover well and soon. Anybody who has had the pinched nerve, sciatic nerve, bulging disc knows and had felt the pain. Get well soon.
Btw, I love the sound of that dozer. It is badass
Get well soon
wish you a speedy recovery
Hope you get better Dirt Boss so you can get Back On Site Speedy recovery
Heal up DB. Come back stronger. Great looking driveway job.
Damn Boss, I hope you pull thru with a speedy recovery. Nothing worse than a back injury. Get well buddy.
Get well soon Dirt 💪 Boss
Sorry to hear about your Back. Mine has me constantly in pain at 62 and all I can tell you is to please go warily now as each time you think it's a flare up, it's actually a new injury and they accumulate over time and as any good Doctor will tell you in an honest moment: "your Back never forgets." So do be careful Boss 😞
Get better soon.
Sciatica is exactly the pain you described. Ask me how I know 😎
I've always had a touchy back.I've had sciatica issues over the years and it can come on at any time.Prolonged sitting in an awkward position to bending over and shoveling.last round of sciatica i was out for 6 wks.Serious pain,Can't sit.hardly stand, barely walk,I feel your pain, been there. All you can really do is rest,it seems time does heal it up.Rest up Mike, good men can't stay down, its not in there DNA.
If tou can , please make a video to inform us about the results of the MRI and after consulting with the doctors 👍 🙏🙏🙏
Wishing you a speedy recovery bud!
love the dozer usage and the grading of the ground!
Oh man Mike, indeed depressing. Hope you recover soon
Get well soon boss.
Wish you recovery SOON.
Sorry to hear that you're hurt, hope you can get back on site soon.
I went thru something very similar
In late 97 i know how you feel
Its no fun
But nerve pain is no fun at all
One thing you can do is keep a seat warmer in you equipment
That plugs in to a cig liter
The heat will help lower back alot
Also if youre dr gives you pain meds ive found that if you take them then drink hot coffee after you do it helps speed pain relief
That is if you drink coffee or some other hot drink
Thanks for the video! I hope your back heals quick
I’m watching this a little after the fact. But I pray for your speedy recovery! 🙏 Hope your doing better!
Get well soon buddy.
Get better soon
I feel for you brother, I did that 4 years ago and after several surgeries I’m still dependent on painkillers twice a day !👍

Hope you recover quickly, Mike. Wish I was closer to help you out. Will keep you in prayer.
Fantastic video, too, by the way!!!
hope you feel better soon, I have a disk that I need surgery for and I have all the same symptoms, ask your doctor about "gabapentin" its helped me so far. 🙏
Well dang Bossman, I hate to hear you're under the weather. Riding these machines in no bueno on the back. I've had surgery on my back in 2012. I now have cadaver bone fused to my spine with 2 plates and 6 screws holding it together. I haven't had any problems with that spot, but now I'm having pain down my leg from sciatica. The only relief I get when it hits me is on my inversion table. Hope you feel better soon dude.😅
Hope you get well soon I like your Chanel better than dirt perfect or lets dig You explain why you do it the way you do
I just had major back surgery to fuse L3 L4 L5 after 30 years of misery...... hopefully your MRI comes back with positive answers
Went through something similar this year. Not sure what I did, either. I figured I’d just work through it and it would get better and that is not how it went. Ended up laying in a recliner one morning and had to call my guys and say I could not make it. Thankfully a chiropractor was able to mostly fix me up and I just had to sit around and do stretches and stuff for a couple weeks.
You’ll be back at it.
Sorry to hear about your back pain. My mom is going through it as well she messed up her siatic nerve somehow. Shes been out of work for 6 months. Hope u recover quickly.
Looks good 👌🏼 Get better buddy 👍🏻💪🏼 🤘🏼🤘🏼
hope you feel buddy take it easy
Praying for a speedy recovery..
Hope you are doing much better "BOSS"!!
Sorry to hear that brother I will keep you in my prayers.
Hey Mike I feel for you Bro....remedy #500 I'm sure people are sharing: try wrapping ace wrap over a golf ball on the back of your upper calf. Trigger point for the sciatic nerve. I hope you find relief!
Get better brother. It just takes time so stay positive. I’m also sitting at home 5 days post surgery dreaming of getting outa here. Keep sending updates and your followers will continue to support you.
Looks good as always. Get better soon!
Ouch indeed Dirt Boss 😬😬😬
Shooting pains are nasty, you don't know where to put yourself 😵
No apologies needed for you deleting the first day here, your description was enough!!
Could see it was a muddy mess, ditching worked a treat to divert the water away from the road bed.
Stone laid and compacted, looks mighty fine Sir 💪💪👍
Try out physical therapy it's not the bs chiropractor, it has helped me so much (I am a Remodle contractor, worked construction all my life and have the back to prove it)
Mike, there are lots of programs for undeleting files. The footage may still be available to you. Hope you get better soon dude!
