The only Fall Guy toy I had was the Hot Wheels sized brown truck. I thought it was really cool.
I bought the first season for $5 a couple weeks ago.
I bought the truck from a grocery store called Smith's back in 1984.
The truck had a friction powered wheels
Smith's? We have a chain called that now in Wyoming/Utah. Small toy section.
Hey Junkman. Fall Guy is what i watched after the dukes of hazard when i was a kid.

@@shanester1832 I had only four channels back in the early 80's, so i may have changed the channel after watching The Dukes of Hazard.
For me Dallas followed Dukes. I can’t remember what was on before or after Fall Guy.

I spent Fridays at Grandparents house. I liked Dukes, they liked the other 2.
Just to clarify for you all, The Fall Guy television series premiered November 4, 1981, and ran for 5 seasons on ABC and The Dukes of Hazard is an American action comedy TV series created by Gy Waldron, that was aired on CBS from January 26, 1979, to February 8, 1985
Coincidentally, Lee Majors was in another popular show in the 60’s called The Big Valley. He’s had quite a career.

Fall Guy is a great show, seen a few episodes of it in a marathon one weekend and I liked it pretty good, might have to catch it streaming somewhere so I can watch it from the start. Lee Majors is a great actor and as for Heather Thomas, she was a real bombshell back then.
Your episode all about Heather Thomas was great! Maybe you should have talked about her being on fall guy or maybe fall guy toy lines but idk maybe you did I had the sound down the whole time 😂

In the 80's there were a couple of battery powered toy planes like that. With a pistol grip underneath and a trigger to make the propeller spin.

The Camaro was added to the show after the Anise car train derailment. A bunch of 3rd gen Camaros and Firebirds were available for Knight Rider and The Fall Guy to use. The only catch was the cars HAD TO BE DESTROYED when the shows wrapped, and sadly the were ALL destroyed.
I don't know much about The Fall Guy.
I need to check out some episodes, it sounds like a fun show.

Someone needs to offer a Jody Banks (AKA Heather Thomas) action figure at 1:1 scale with a seamless silicon body. I'd be one of the first to pre-order that collectible.
Heather Thomas was in Zapped, but used a body double. If you watch "the scene" frame by frame (not that I ever did, ahem...) you can see the double has dark brown hair.

Hey Junkman, thanks for the clip of Heather Thomas. I actually forgot who she was, now I'm thinking how did I forget? 🤤 I remember watching this show and thinking it was awesome and liked the theme song. I honestly don't remember much about it now. I never had the toys. I actually had a stunt man as an American history teacher in high school. He didn't seem like a bad ass, like that other stunt man/stunt coordinator I talked about. I used to joke with my friend Jake that the teacher should have his own action figure line. He would have versions from all different time periods. I was surprised how hilarious my friend thought it was. We actually laughed about that one until I cried 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😭
@michaelrussom6463 Hey Good to see you here! Watched the Original show when I was a kid and later reruns. Also do you remember the backdoor pilot episode" How Do I Kill Thee... Let Me Count the Ways" with Paul Williams and Pat McCormick? The duo were also in Rooster which was a two hour movie which was supposed to be a tv show that never reached fruition. They also appeared in two of the 3 Smokey And The Bandit movies. Oh and there were later Smokey And The Bandit films aka mini series made for tv from "Action Pack" in the mid 90s 4 in all Bandit Goes Country, Bandit Bandit, Beauty And The Bandit and Bandits Silver Angel. Brian Bloom portrayed the younger version of Bandit. Kristy Swanson and Kathy Ireland appeared in two of the films. Is this a Mandela Effect for you? 🚚🚓🛻🪂

I have been disappointed to see that even a lot of people in our age range were unaware of the show "The Fall Guy."
From what I saw about that movie, it was almost completely unrelated to the show. Either way, it looked completely uninteresting and just like every other movie these days, yet some critics acted like they were so surprised that it wasn't a major hit movie.
There was a running joke about "HOW MANY TIMES COULD THE PUT HEATHER THOMAS IN A BIKINI" during the series run. And yes, they found ways to do so

@@ThatJunkman sex sells. Always has. And out of curiosity I looked up online comments about the original TV show, and most of them were about Heather Thomas instead of plots or the other actors in the series.
My buddy still has his big metal toy fall guy truck.on the show its a GMC.but the toy is an S-10.i searched forever at goodwill for general lee.but found the ertyl die cast truck!!! Found another one a year later.but yep.finally found the general at goodwill in a bag of hotwheels.the Dixie Special was in there too.crappy 4 door painted up like general

I'm in Heather Thomas camp. She's more aesthetically pleasing and pleasant. Locklear was in Return of Swamp Thing which is a plus but she wasn't a great actor, dating a Motley Crue drummer is a minus.
Glad to see other folks dislike Motley Crue as much as I do.

Ozzy visually, stylistically, leaned that way in it's peak but i wouldn't say he had a hair metal phase. Jake E Lee's era was easily the low point of his discography for me, though. Then Zack showed up and the power's back on!

It is. Aside from him being a stuntman and the truck he drives, for a little while, being painted in the same colors as the one on the show but not in the same style, the movie bears no similarities to the show.
