Which city is Faster Norfolk or Richmond ,Richmond seems to have more of a DC, Baltimore vibe to it .
Hello, thanks for watching! Richmond is definitely a much faster city than Norfolk. Overall both have a slower pace than DC or Baltimore.

Honestly they aren’t that much different in my opinion. I’m from the DC in northern Virginia and both are similar to Alexandria/Arlington vs DC.
