Can I add another autorigged character and import it and add a hitbox system so that I could make characters do close in combat in a MP-game mode on a completed game that don`t have that feature? I could just add a keypress to make it play and use a pre-recorded sequence of motions and a pre recorded response from a target? Hitboxes to make a reaction from the target? If I put the guy near an object,it could run an animation and I could make the hand pick up the object without parts of it pass trough solid objects and pick it up? Could I import from games I already own and make a total conversion usig this? I need something that could make a second character get pushed and ability to make them fall onto the ground in a lot of ways. This looks Really great! Btw,is there a Mailorder option for payment for this? Can I get the ability to mocap face and speaking in the free version I would really like this thing . To really be able to get paid for this ,you should really add mail order option. Thank you.
THAT'S EVERYTHING I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR. Please do something that accepts more cameras. Like 3 cameras at least (so we can get a 360 degree view positioning the cameras in a triangle setup). I'll pay for it, definitely. There's no low cost live stream motion capture in the marketing at all (there's ipisoft but it doesn't capture hands/finger). Pleaseeee save ussss. We need it.

@RokokoMotion problem is the mocap suit is too expensive for us to import. In Brazil, 1 USD ~ 5 BRL. Also, we have to pay 60% of taxes. That makes your IME mocap system impracticable for us (final cost around 30k BRL). I believe that you will reach more people and businesses worldwide with a multi-cam solution than with your inertial system. I mean, iClone used to have a native Kinect solution, but it doesn't have anymore. Ipisoft seems too amateur for me. Rokoko would definitely become the most robust low cost optical solution in the market. Also, not gonna lie, good design is good business and you have it. 😂 When I say low cost, it doesn't mean low quality tho. What I mean is... a single optitrack camera costs 2500 USB. On the other hand, ipisoft accepts a variety of low cost webcams. What I'm trying to say is... you can do what ipisoft does, but better 😅😂. So, we beg you to do it. Thanks in advance

Anything where at least one foot is on the ground should work - rolling you may need to do some editing on, but usually works fine for me. Issues really start to appear when doing things like lying on your back with no feet on the ground, or hanging off the ground (again with no feet on the ground). It looks amazing, I'll try it soon. But I was wondering: Is it possible using rokoko studio to output a video with the same pose and field of view as the video that was used for the capture? To be able to replace the actor with the 3d character in the same background without alignment errors.
It isn't possible to use the AI mocap tool offline, although you can work with your mocap recordings offline in Rokoko Studio (after the first time you've loaded them in).

How far are you away from allowing multiple actors in a capturing scene? AND: Will add the possibility to add optional visual indicicators? So I can let's say use red gloves for my hands and configure rokoko to read hands as red-ish objects. Something like greenwall but in reverse

I've tried it and everything until reaching the point where Im trying to get my Mocap Data recorded and set up with dual Camera from the Browser to Rokoko Studio. The "Edit in Studio" Button just opens the Rokoko Studio application on my PC but the scenes aren't synchornizing and I cant figure out how to open them any other way in Rokoko Studio. Is this a bug, or is their any workaround to get the data into Rokoko Studio? Because this way I cant use the cleaning tools to smooth the animation and export my animated mocap data as newton or mixamo rig. Please help!

deepmotion has fingers tracking and facial tracking and more feature so what is the point of that one? as smartpro II and gloves, with facial does it all? and plus without fingers and facial tracking? hand will look like rigid frozen characters... so it is more like an experience customer testing?

Can't wait to try it! -- Could this conceivably work outside? -- part of the nice part of using a "no suit" setup is the ability to do tracking outdoors in a bigger space for bigger movements. -- Are multiple people possible? -- Are more cameras in order to facilitate more people in each capture session on the horizon? -- As that is another huge benefit of suit-less capture for actiony sequences. You can absolutely use this outside! As long as you have two cameras plugged into a computer (like a Laptop), it should work! At the moment we don't support multiple people, but we'll let you know if that changes! Thanks so much!

Yes, sitting or lying on the ground using the suit is pretty much not possible without tons of drift. Even just having the ability to use a camera to give a ground truth reference and prevent sliding would be amazing if you could combine the suit with the video in some sort of post process.

Hey Lucas! The specific requirements for the camera height and tripod different for each set up, but we do recommend you have enough space so the camera can see you in full frame. Remove obstructions to be able to move freely and avoid occlusion Ensure good lighting conditions and mount the cameras properly in stable positions. Amazing tool. Would be awesome if this could combine with the suit, gloves and face cap in not so distant future. Just my two cents. Right now, suit is practically useless for post production compare to this tool since suit didn't give us absolute position. There is drifting and arms occlusion (without coil). But coil requires another purchase and space. You will animate fingers manually anyway in post production for high level production. And no absolute position means cannot rely on locomotion in live streaming. So for a subscription, this fast and convenient setup with a great overall body mocap is a way better deal than buying the suit. That being said, the suit with gloves and face cap within one system is amazing. (I bought all of it) Still, suit seems to lost half of its usage...Hope coil receive a better price tag so everyone could be satisfy.

Hey! You do not need a green wall to get amazing mocap quality, especially with our dual-cam system, but some artists from the community use green walls :) It just really depends on what you would need it for!
Don't worry🙈 Rokoko Vision does a fantastic job with capturing mocap, but there might be some limitations in what you want to get from this workflow. The Smartsuit Pro II captures your full performance in real-time, with no occlusion.
I've tried both and Wonder Dynamics is still ahead of Rokoko Vision: Face Animation, Hand animation and general animations are not so smoothed. While working with the AI Mocap export from Wonder Dynamics is pretty weird as the root of the animation is the Camera :D

Something to think about: I have severe learning disabilities so I'm always going to be attracted to the products with the easiest learning curve and most intuitive interfaces. I think I've done so well with Stable Diffusion because the tutorials out there are so precise in their walkthroughs. "Download this, copy/paste this here, run this, check this box..."
I didn’t like how janky Video is, but seeing Vision makes me want to try it and perhaps use it often. If only this came out before Clinton Jones AKA Pwnisher’s latest challenge, people would have gone nuts for this feature.

The bad thing about yearly, in 3 months time another firm will offer a great product and your then stuck and restricted from pausing your subscription. Which i have to do all the time other wise i end up paying $100s a month for all these services.

@@RokokoMotion Thanks. I noticed a good elimination of drift with Vision. If Vision ever captures hand and eye motion, it would be highly concerning for the suit. The price for gloves are quite high. The Full Performance Capture seems to still have the older face camera holder.
This seems fantastic! Are there any plans to support Kinect video feed at some point with depth information? If not, that's very understandable (more niche than regular cams + also considering how big those video files get it would take a lot of data to upload it in the first place)

@@RokokoMotion It might accelerate your workflow if you use the depth data they produce from IR (not necessarily as they are) and Azure Kinect has the ability to daisy chain multiple cams, so the data will be synced.

Can this software handle kneeling (one knee on the ground), or rolling/flipping motions? Push-ups? More complicated motions?
Anything where at least one foot is on the ground should work - rolling you may need to do some editing on, but usually works fine for me. Issues really start to appear when doing things like lying on your back with no feet on the ground, or hanging off the ground (again with no feet on the ground). It isn't possible to use the AI mocap tool offline, although you can work with your mocap recordings offline in Rokoko Studio (after the first time you've loaded them in).

I've tried it and everything until reaching the point where Im trying to get my Mocap Data recorded and set up with dual Camera from the Browser to Rokoko Studio. The "Edit in Studio" Button just opens the Rokoko Studio application on my PC but the scenes aren't synchornizing and I cant figure out how to open them any other way in Rokoko Studio. Is this a bug, or is their any workaround to get the data into Rokoko Studio? Because this way I cant use the cleaning tools to smooth the animation and export my animated mocap data as newton or mixamo rig.

deepmotion has fingers tracking and facial tracking and more feature so what is the point of that one? as smartpro II and gloves, with facial does it all? and plus
without fingers and facial tracking? hand will look like rigid frozen characters... so it is more like an experience customer testing?

You can absolutely use this outside! As long as you have two cameras plugged into a computer (like a Laptop), it should work! At the moment we don't support multiple people, but we'll let you know if that changes! Thanks so much!

I also think that it would greatly improve the efficiency of the motion capture of the Ss. Pro II and especially to exceed its technological limits. Like for example lying on the ground without sinking into the ground, etc. It doesn't matter if it's low-quality real-time AI processing or high-quality post-processing, both can be very interesting.
But I imagine from a marketing point of view with the new accessories of the Ss. Pro II it's complicated to choose the sales strategy.
Too bad if this will not be possible in the future. This will shake things up against the competition....quality motion capture at a lower cost!

Yes, sitting or lying on the ground using the suit is pretty much not possible without tons of drift. Even just having the ability to use a camera to give a ground truth reference and prevent sliding would be amazing if you could combine the suit with the video in some sort of post process.

you should try it yourself , and make your own tests ! ...because of the light of the room !
Hey Lucas! The specific requirements for the camera height and tripod different for each set up, but we do recommend you have enough space so the camera can see you in full frame. Remove obstructions to be able to move freely and avoid occlusion Ensure good lighting conditions and mount the cameras properly in stable positions. Amazing tool. Would be awesome if this could combine with the suit, gloves and face cap in not so distant future.
Just my two cents.
Right now, suit is practically useless for post production compare to this tool since suit didn't give us absolute position. There is drifting and arms occlusion (without coil).
But coil requires another purchase and space.
You will animate fingers manually anyway in post production for high level production. And no absolute position means cannot rely on locomotion in live streaming.
So for a subscription, this fast and convenient setup with a great overall body mocap is a way better deal than buying the suit. That being said, the suit with gloves and face cap within one system is amazing. (I bought all of it)
Still, suit seems to lost half of its usage...Hope coil receive a better price tag so everyone could be satisfy.

I've tried both and Wonder Dynamics is still ahead of Rokoko Vision: Face Animation, Hand animation and general animations are not so smoothed. While working with the AI Mocap export from Wonder Dynamics is pretty weird as the root of the animation is the Camera :D

Something to think about: I have severe learning disabilities so I'm always going to be attracted to the products with the easiest learning curve and most intuitive interfaces. I think I've done so well with Stable Diffusion because the tutorials out there are so precise in their walkthroughs. "Download this, copy/paste this here, run this, check this box..."
I didn’t like how janky Video is, but seeing Vision makes me want to try it and perhaps use it often.

The bad thing about yearly, in 3 months time another firm will offer a great product and your then stuck and restricted from pausing your subscription. Which i have to do all the time other wise i end up paying $100s a month for all these services.

Awesome advancement. I would be curious to see the quality comparison to the smart suit, I want to know whether its worth using the suit or not if the cam mocap works so good.
Rokoko Vision does a fantastic job capturing mocap, but there are some limitations in what you want from this workflow. You will get higher quality with our hardware capture tools and we're still investing heavily in them. The recent release of the Coil Pro unlocks incredible precision for the Smartgloves and eliminates global drift to the Smartsuit Pro II altogether🔥
@@RokokoMotion Thanks. I noticed a good elimination of drift with Vision. If Vision ever captures hand and eye motion, it would be highly concerning for the suit. The price for gloves are quite high. The Full Performance Capture seems to still have the older face camera holder.

This seems fantastic! Are there any plans to support Kinect video feed at some point with depth information? If not, that's very understandable (more niche than regular cams + also considering how big those video files get it would take a lot of data to upload it in the first place)
Rokoko Vision does basically support any camera as long as the computer can see it (i.e. could be used as a webcam). Not 100% sure about Kinect, will have to get back to you about it :)

@@RokokoMotion It might accelerate your workflow if you use the depth data they produce from IR (not necessarily as they are) and Azure Kinect has the ability to daisy chain multiple cams, so the data will be synced.
