We booked through Sky Atlantida but when we got there, the operator was Sky Panarama. Most of had a great experience (I got a pilot who decided to give me a different experience than what I asked for). Your video are interesting and matched our experiences in Georgia. Just be careful that your recommendations of companies march the provider. I will trust your where to go and what to do but not your who to do it with recommendations in the future.

I spent about a month there and it was brilliant. Of course, I often spend a little longer in places as I'm filming a lot of the time. I definitely recommend having some time built in to make sure you can stop and just take in the views when you are there though. Phenomenal country!

We visited everywhere without a tour guide and generally used the minibuses (marshrutkas),, buses, train or occasionally taxis. We found it generally quite easy! Have fun on your trip :)
It was definitely noticeably colder by the start of October even in Tbilisi - e.g. in September I was wearing shorts and a t shirt and by the start of October I was in Jeans (and a jumper at night). I think for some places you'd just have to check when snow usually starts to fall as some areas can be quite cut off!
Mainly used public transport (train and minivans/marshrutkas and some taxis). Also hitchhiked but not too much, although I know people who have done a lot of it whilst visiting! The public transport generally got us there great - obviously took a bit longer but was a fun way to travel. Thanks for stopping by!
