ok, lemme start off with this first, i 100% agree, with you, that 52toys should of done a better job with communication and packaging, and all that, and its a MASSIVE shame this hapepned to your package, it sucks waiting for soemthing to be delivered, just to be disapointed when it arrives, with that being said 1. that promotion thing you mentioned, thats just automated notifcations, i get them all the time, so that part you cant really blame on 52toys customer support 2. i think the price riseing, is due to the figures becoming more and more complex, like if you compare their original beastboxes, to their newest beastboxes, theres a pretty big difference in complexity, which can cause prices to go up in figures(especilly transforming figures), for example the axolotls, sure they are smaller, but they also have the same level of "complexaties" as the original beastbox figures
Yep, I know those promos are automated, but it's also not a good look within the only way you have of communicating with a seller. It's as good as saying "Aren't happy with the package we shipped? Why not just buy some other stuff!". The increased complexity might have something to do with price increases, but the jump from $25 to almost $40 is well beyond that higher level of sophistication, IMO. It's a complex topic - and whether or not anyone thinks it's justified is probably an individual question, but what I think is _not_ justified is increasing the price of these figures and then shipping them in the cheapest cardboard available, with almost no protection whatsoever. One way or the other, there are always brighter days ahead and I'm still having fun putting together videos about these things. Appreciate your feedback! ✌️

I've actually seen worse than this -- I've seen one guy's packages torn wide open & just taped up by the shipper. I know a lot of that is shipping malpractice and you can't lay all the blame on the seller, but I think they do need to be vigilant and crack some coconuts when this kind of thing happens.
Dude, that sucks so much. Recently had an Amazon package come with no shipping box and it was just the kit box. I do hope you can get the racing team completed sooner than later because they Do look mega rad. Also not that I was looking, but the package you opened on video wasn’t blurred or scribbled out?
Jesus... that is no way to ship merchandise. I hope you at least brought that to Amazon's attention; their customer service department doesn't play, at all. Haven't had a whole lot of opportunity to play around with Cheetah, but between these two I agree: the Racing Team is a _REALLY_ cool set! I'm very much looking forward to messing around with both of these, when I can. I think these two are a seriously awesome followup to the jet fighters. 😎 I did actually blur out my address on the Kommando box; I think it was only on-screen for a few seconds at most, anyway.
