I wish I could go back in time. Things were so much simpler then. Cars were HIDEOUS, but the world was happier.
Amen josh amen. Would do almost anything to go back, everyone for the most part was cool, just normal,
There was so much in store for the 80s and 90s for that matter.
Yes many cars were junky. But they're were really good options. Of you knew what was what.
My family's
1981 Olds was finally traded in 2005. Very good sedan.
I loved those big land ships
We didn’t know the cars were ugly, tho. I will say, they at least had some variety...everything looks so much the same these days.
Remember it was supposed to be revenge of the Jedi
Well if it was, Episode III would likely have been "Return Of The Sith".
You mean Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005).
No, the original title actually was, "Revenge of the Jedi," but George Lucas changed it at the last minute because he wasn't comfortable with it, the notion that the morally pure Jedi would be interested in revenge.
@@Naminski1a He knew that. You must not have read the context of the conversation.
Lucas DID originally have the title as Revenge of the Jedi but like previously said, Lucas felt a Jedi wouldn't act on revenge. For moral reasons and a Jedi is supposed to have control over their emotions. So Lucas changed it to Return of the Jedi. Years later when he was releasing the prequels, he didn't have a problem with the title, Revenge of the Sith, because the Sith act on anger and other evil ways.
The 80's what a time!
Thank you!! 💟☮️
I hope they remembered to wash “down there” during the Irish Spring commercials.

3:12 Scott Bakula.
Lol that’s who I thought it was
About 28 minutes in, the newscaster talks about an "Explosion in Nashville, Tennessee" 👀 eerily similar to 2020...
"NBC Movie of the Week" returns following these messages.
The voice of Peggy Taylor, one of NBC's best staff announcers.
34:02 "Plastic tumbler only in Massachusetts." LOL
28:15 the beautiful voice of Peggy Taylor for the NBC Movie of the Week.
27:44 Ed Binns on the voice-over for Centrum vitamins.
So glad to know Peggy's name. Loved her voice!
@@JCNDCIII She was a singer in the 50s who became a great NBC staff announcer based out of Burbank.
the mom in the sugar free Kool-Aid commercial would later become the mom (Marla Pennington) on Small Wonder.
Before they ever coined the term Milf, we had Mrs. Lawson.
I still don’t understand why I like this stuff lol. And I’m only 40😅

Ahhhh When You Wanted To See Commercials And I Was 12 Now Commercials Are So Bad I Turn The Channel😂
Taken from KTSM-TV channel 9, the NBC affiliate in El Paso, TX.
23:55 Marla Pennington.
The NBC news women Jessica Savitch died in a auto accident that October.
The commercial for the "Return of the Jedi" glasses features a strangely modified Millennium Falcon model.
RIP Horst Longenecker
15:38 The A-Team "Womps on the Wimps"?? That's some oddly macho bravado for this crew. Maybe B.A. could get away with saying that, but certainly not Murdock or Face.

Life was so much easier when stereotypes were still ok.
They were great until white men started complaining about getting picked on. They couldn't handle what they were dishing out.
So deciding if a baby should be aborted was in the head of a 7-year-old kid?
I have never seen any star wars movies and have no desire to do so...
