    It's been a great ending to a good week. Knocked out your solo flight episode Pat,,,,a great 30 minute Hors d'oeuvre,,,,,then yesterday and this morning finishing up Dan's weekly Thursday podcast.....then today I get to knock this one out on the way home today

    Making those smoothies sound good. Thanks for the tips for working up to higher volume for kettlebell snatch.
    Agreed that the 16kg are a great weight to work with

    I had a fat track coach that would make us run the streets, and followed us in his pickup yelling “encouragement” out his window 😂
