شكرا لك أستاذي.
أظن أن بعض الذهب قمت بإذابته في العملية الأولى(النتريك والملح) . لأن تفاعل النتريك مع كلوريد الصوديوم سينتج عنه غاز الكلور .
خلاصة: ما فعلته في الخطوة الأولى هو إنتاج الملكي بطريقة أخرى.
ولكي تتأكد أعد العملية وقم باختبار محلول النتريك مع الملح بكلوريد القصدير وستكون النتيجة إيجابية .
نعم أوافقك الرأي أن تركته لفترة كبيرة(على حسب المثال لأكثر من ربع ساعة) او اكثر في محلول النتريك والملح بالتالي سيذيب الذهب . أما لفترة قليلة سيعمل على اذابة الشوائب بنجاعة فائقة.

اخي حسن ، بالنسبة للترسيب لماذا استخدمت كبريتات الحديد، ولم تستخدم smb , وما الفرق بينهما ، والسؤال الأخير ؛ إذا لم أجد كبريتات الحديد ماهو البديل ، وألف شكر 🍀
بالنسبة لي أفضل استخدام كبريتات الحديد على الميتبسلفيت. الفرق بينهما أن رائحة الميتبسلفيت كريهة فقط.
استخدم الميتبسلفيت بدلا من كبريتات الحديد.

One more nice video Hassan but I have some questions. First question, I did not see a reaction to the solution from stannous chloride .Second you put twice iron sulfate in solution and you add urea in the middle of the process when it comes in as I've seen in other videos before iron.sulfate or SMB.Thank you in advance for the reply
If you focus well, you will see traces of the presence of gold, but very little. So I decided to prove that iron sulfate indicates the presence of gold in the solution or not..and then I realized that gold is present in this sample. Then I added urea and then iron sulphate as usual.

The process for pyrite is grinding first.
Then washing sevral times
Then Roasting .

After I added the iron sulfate, the solution turned black. Black means there is gold, right?
The black color only does not mean that there is gold unless it is followed by sedimentation at the bottom of the pot after one or two nights

الغرض الرئيسي من التحميص هو الحصول على منتج مكلس مسامي(مثقب) إلى حد ما ، وبالتالي تسهيل إذابة الذهب أثناء المعالجة المعدنية اللاحقة.
تشمل أنواع الخامات التي تتطلب مثل هذه المعالجة تلك التي تحتوي على بيريت أو بيروتيت أو ميسبيكل أو ستيبنيت أو سلفوتيل لوريدات.
أثناء التحميص ، يتم حرق جزء من الكبريت الموجود في الكبريتيدات ويمر في الغازات بالإضافة إلى جزء كبير من المكونات المتطايرة الأخرى مثل الزرنيخ والبزموت والأنتيمون عندما يكون موجودًا في الخام.

one of my stone has small quantity of gold i check with stannous chloride and iron salphate color turn black but its not being precipitating with iron sulphate and sodium i have used urea to neutralize the nitric acid i have heated the solution as well what should i do more thanks

I dissolved a 10 pound stone with aqua regia, after which nitric was removed and I added iron sulfate.The solution turned green and black brown after 2 weeks, with black sediment forming at the bottom. Is it correct?
Did you test your solution with stannous chloride ?
If not . Filtre your solution to separate the liquid Fromm sediment .
Then add again a new aqua Regia to the sediment .and test your solution with stannous chloride.

If the test is positive then add water and urea to netraliz nitric and precipate with iron sulfate and water .
After 3 hours you can see gold dust in the bottom. Good luck.
I tested it with tin chloride.
It shows a black result when tested with tin chloride.
That's the sign of gold presence . To be sure,
