Or . . . Dissolve gold by incremental additions of nitric acid. No excess nitric acid means no urea needed. Just precipitate with SMB.
There is also much less expensive nitric acid used.

You should’ve filtered your solution multiple times to remove the cloudiness. Your solution is still contaminated with what looks like some base metals. Your gold won’t be as pure if you had filtered and redissolved your solids. You want your chloroauric acid to be crystal clear before you precipitate the gold out.

How many times have you done this?
Not many im guessing.
Why would you test the gold in solution its obvious.
SMB (sodium metabisulphite)
Ice then SMB to cool the solution and precipitate the gold,its that simple.
Did you use any other acids to separate the gold from silver led iron or copper that would be present? Assuming this was scrap gold refining.
What you showed here was the tail end of the whole process,
What interests me is your process for gaining aqua rega.

I took the gold powder with 1-SMB.
2-I put 1000 gr of iron in the remaining base metal solution.
I waited 3-3 days ..
The 4-basemetal solution was colorless, the iron dissolved, placed in the tank.
I dissolved the precipitate in the 5-well with A.R. The test with SnCl2 was carried out, negative! (No gold) again (urea & sbms) precipitated ...
6- I finally obtained a light brown, sticky, non-gold mud.

Price of GOLD is constantly Changing.
Just look up local scrap prices.
And or find someone local that buys different levels of k.
Also find someone with a karatmeter.
Called XRF X-Ray fluorescence.

Thank you for sharing . There is something i didnt understand . I used the second way to precipate gold i used smb .it gave a same red vapor but when i add smb dessolving in water it appears black color then quickly desappear .i add more smb but in vain . Whats wrong with it
