I would laugh out loud, I couldn't even help it. You know that person that shouldn't laugh when someone says something & it comes out wrong, everyone else will try to keep a straight face, I'm that one that will laugh every time. I can't help myself, I try but I just can't hold in a good laugh. I fell & broke my back, I laughed all the way to the hospital. My grown kids were trying to help me & I was laughing so hard all I could say was don't touch me! 😂 Some of us have a broken sense of humor, mines broken 😂 I look at him & wonder what the heck he was thinking to do that to himself! He is guilty! I know from past experience when my (ex)girlfried's family took him to court for kidnapping and SA. He didnt have tats back then and they charged him "not guilty". I swear from that moment on, he thought he could forever get away with it.
Also, his attorney back then in 2015 used his victims mental illnes against her: claiming she made it all up AND NOW hes gonna use his mental illness to save his butt from captial punishment! LET JUSTICE BE SERVED TO ALL HIS VICTIMS!

I think his past acts can’t come into this trial because he was acquitted. If he really is a mental defect from childhood and gets a expert to eval him and testify, he won’t get executed as the law prevents it, but certainly this monster 👺 will be locked up hard forever now. Oh dear! All those tattoos will create unconscious bias against him. There is no way they can be ignored. He needs to wear heavy duty foundation on his face during the trial. If the tattoos were kittens, cute puppies, flowers & I love mum that would be more favourable to him.

They asked the potential jurors if it would affect their ability to sit on the jury panel. He looks straight up guilty to me just by his tattoos. I couldn't sit on the jury.

Tons of people, including first responders, are heavily inked up lol. I don't discriminate against someone for merely having tats, even if a defendant is going to trial. People are presumed innocent.

Says a lot about your character and understanding of law, when he is a defendant charged and not convicted. If he is convicted, he goes from defendant to offender. You then can make such statements.

I think the lady in pink is confused about what constitutes a hate crime. There could be many motivations besides killing them BECAUSE they are women. Not all crimes against women are hate crimes. She also suggests the jury can't be fair which is silly, not everyone is as reactive and judgemental as she seems to be.
Always tune in for the face tattoos.
Hopefully the jury will be impartial as far as his looks go. Someone's life is in their hands. But evidence is a different story....
The defendant CHOSE to get these tattoos AFTER he committed the crimes. He was arrested with NO tats. HE orchestrated it.

My take on this woman's comments was that ANYONE with ink on their face is automatically evil and violent. There are tons of people with tattoos on their face that are nowhere near violent and evil. Go to a tattoo convention and you'll see an abundance of non-violent, non-evil people with tattoos on their face.
