His bio parents had him at 13 and 14 and mom was on drugs and had mental issues.
Wade was adopted by older ppl into an upper middle class family. Dad was a minister I believe. He was expelled from Highschool for selling drugs and subsequently was in and out of jail until age 25 where he’s been since. Lots of documented head traumas, drug use and overdose. I don’t get it really. He clearly HATES women based on his past behaviors towards them.
I see a damn monster.
Not to sit on DR for 30+ years. What a waste.
OMG, THE BODY LANGUAGE "EXPERT"???? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, WTF!
Yea, it's embarrassing how wrong she got this. Even other commenters here clocked all the body language better. Ridiculous.
Claiming he had no reaction about it?? I'm sorry, but what kind of behavioral analyst is this??
He took deep breaths each time the clerk was about to read "de@th" & was swallowing really hard each of those times, too. The stoicism you see on his face is a hardened front to not show his deep fear. He may indeed be cold, but he clearly is afraid to d*e.
I work in the mental health field. This is not uncommon to see among people described as sociopathic.
“Glory” tattooed on his face because his mouth is going to be a glory hole in prison.
I need to wear a suit to my murder case so the jurors don't judge me on my looks...
Clearly, he's a danger to society, but to say that murder is wrong by also committing murder, makes zero sense. The death penalty for committing murder makes no sense whatsoever.
The death penalty is not murder it is punishment.
Per the bible, simply an eye for an eye.
@@edgartoepel7473 so Florida has biblical courts?? Is that what you're saying?
@@Terrobul it's murder, no matter how you dress it up or what name you call it. Murder is either right or wrong, but it can't be both.
@@annonaQOC You don't have to be a believer to subscribe to/act upon universal principles in the Bible.
He has no remorse, that is why he remains stioic. He feels no guilt for the heinous crimes he has commited.
Did anyone notice as he got up to leave he displayed hand signs?
He applauded and then did some hand sign as he stood to leave… you’re the only other person that’s mentioned it.
That guy gave the "I'm so bored" vibe. He just hopped up the second it was time to go. Looked like he could not wait to get out of there.
He doesn’t want to be late for that bologna sammie and beans.
GOD, that man is creepy!! As they say here in Georgia, “That boy ain’t right!”
Well now he gets to outlive us all on Death Row because of his appeals. He’ll be put down in about 30 years. Unfortunately.
Agree, but he won’t be able to kill another person, and he’ll likely be in solitary, because there will be inmates that want him gone. It’s the right decision.
Truth
Maybe and maybe not. The average on death row in Florida is 14 years.
Just crazy America
Kristine and Diane they got him sisters. ❤ Ill be praying ur families and Monty! God be with the families, Monty, Kristine and Diane. Big Huggies ❤
He is truly psychotic with zero remorse ! Wow just disgusting
I live in Fl and have had to stand up in front of defendants prior to jury and tell my families jobs, area I live in etc and I feel like this is an infringement on my own personal life. I am not in trouble. Why the hell should the defendant get to see and hear me?
well you don't make the rules.
You had the right to go up to the bench in private to give that info
I agree that the Clerk of Court should be able to pronounce "mitigating" and "heinous" properly.
These are standard terms used every day in courts across the world. It should be a requirement that clerks of court can pronounce such words correctly.
In this case it detracted from the impact of such a weighty verdict.
Migating circumstances? Hineous crimes????? I belive it's mitigating and heinous.....😐
Who hired that clerk? "Migating"??? Get her outta here!
We can absolutely do that in Florida sir.....
DP Needs to be immediate. Once the trial is done the deed should be done within a few weeks. PERIOD
Only 2 guards standing there? They need 4 at least. He's looking around...get ready for it.
They had more than a dozen law enforcement in that court some also dressed in suits who you would never know were LEO. He was also wearing a taser belt that would put his butt down in a second.
I counted at least five deputies in uniform around and in front of the defendant
The verdict should not be a death sentence for this man. And he is showing no feelings because they got him on meds which is not making him look good. You murder you don’t get a death sentence and do murder. He is mental and needs to be put in a mental facility and get help in life in there. With all that being said, may those women rest in peace, and my deepest condolences and sympathy for their family.
Soon he will have that smugness wipe off his face big time.
he is right to save his face after the guy he regrets nothing we can't go back?
More states need this punishment
It was unanimously voted for the death penalty of 9 votes, 3 left. That’s unanimous under the law.
It is all that the law requires to send him to death row.
I think hes nervous..he swallowed as they were about to say it. He also looks like he's looking at ppl like he's trying to give the " I don't care " vibe for show but u can see he's uncomfortable as he stands and pissed as he swings his legs together because he DOES CARE. He would've admitted it if he didn't care.
Anyone wearing a suit during trial obviously means he doesn't want prison or death. I'm glad about the outcome
Defendants cannot wear jail clothes in presence of jury
@Asidebar not true
Death penalty case 🎉
This man is beautiful.
Now let’s utilize it and carry out his sentence within the week! after all, he is guilty. The evidence is there.
