Infect I knew Tamil, English & Telugu. Even tho, now a days, Malayalam is my favorite cine field! Past 4,5 yrs watching all their best films. In this list also, hav watched around 12.
Other industries like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi are having Hero actors and Comedy actors as separate.
But this Malayalam field is unique and special! They give equal importance to all actors. Example, This movie list. Out of 25, 13 are by hero actors movies. Awesome Bhayya u covered it all. I have seen almost all except 2 or 3 on Netflix. I am also a Telugu guy but started watching Malayam movies since last year December. Became a huge fan. you rightly said, Chinna point tho gripping meaningful movies.. no other language can beat this I am really apologetic for underestimating Malayam.
