Also worked on my 2013 Mazda Miata MX5. Thanks!!
Glad it helped!
dude nice tip but what if there's a check engine and dsc off both? do rx-8s have any bug or may this problem occur when you install a downpipe?
I would scan the car to see what the check engine light is for. Did you delete a catalytic converter?
merci ,
Does forcing the steering full lock both ways not damage the steering components etc? I did this recently and although it works I wondered if the process could damage my NC
Just don't hold it fully locked. When it stops, back off the steeringm
Should the steering wheel be very difficult to turn when doing this? Im wondering since it feels like its way to stiff to do this
It will be if the engine is off.
On my 2009 Mazda CX-7 GT, my TCS light stays solid and NOT flashing for a few seconds after turning the key to the "ON" position.
My manual states "If the light stays on the TSC/DSC may not operate correctly" and of course go the the dealership.
Any thoughts?
Need to hook the vehicle up to a scan tool
Hello Anthony what if my mazda 3 is automatic? just turn the wheel left and right then turn on the engine?
Same procedure
@@AnthonyJ350 It didn't work. :(
Didnt work for me on my mazda 5 mpg any ideas what else I can do
I would bring it to a trusted certified mechanic so they can scan the vehicle and see what's going on.
thank u,
What if it’s a push start button instead of a key?
Probably the same procedure.
Got to try it bc i was doing it wrong...and i will do a video just in case it works...
Thanks for watching!
Does it work to mazda bt50
Not sure, you would just have to try it.
wat if it’s a manual and the steering wheel locks up?
Tow it to a chassis shop or a dealership
@@AnthonyJ350 no like it’s drivable i mean when i have to turn the key half but not start the engine the wheel locks up and i cant move it left to right i’m confused
Very hard with power steering
What is?
What about a 2009
Did you try it?
So I just done this on my Mazda 2 and it didn’t work, it made the engine management light come on 😭😭 whyyyyy
Turning the wheel side to side made the check engine light go on? Need to bring the car to a mechanic.
Why mine doesn’t work?
Something is wrong with the car.
Diden't work on my Mazda 3 2006 :(
A sensor might be malfunctioning then.
