Video is a bit late as I my motherboard decided to die on me, and had to get my computer fixed in the repair shop. But now I am back on track and bring soon more content for you guys. :)
Her skill losing snapshot was the worst thing they could've done for her imo. Especially since her counterpart, Albedo, does have it. Her infusion is very short by all sub/main dps standards, on a very long cooldown, which also feels terrible. Her infusion needs at least 7 seconds, maybe even 9 and additional scaling with her Def.
Even without snapshot she still outdamages him by faaaaar with 2 puppets, and slightly better with 1

@milosaga5450 that's not a reason she can't have a snapshot. For an off-field sub dps, having her dmg fall off when she's off field is stupid. It's not like we DONT know this mechanic exists. In fact, she DID have it, It was striped from her kit

Chiori is pretty situationally strong. She scales incredibly well with investment and artifact quality, but she only really contributes damage + crystalize assistance (for Navia even at c0 this is really handy). Honestly if she had a stronger burst or had some support output in her kit someplace (via healing? maybe crit rate buff ala Rosaria? something for sure). Most people that play this game don't usually want to build sub-dps characters that have minimal elemental application use + no support but are rather there to hit harder with that kind of investment you'd see in a Hypercarry. I'd say she's a luxury pull or a pull if you like overall.

Somehow got blessed by RNG and managed to c1 Chiori in 80 pulls (30 to get her, 50 to get a second), so that opens up some team building opportunities that don't lock me to triple or Mono Geo to get two dolls and still play with Navia or Noelle.
Thus far working with her feels janky, but there's potential.

So i have tested out Chiori's team in this spiral abyss v4.5 on 2nd half.
My team is Zhongli, Yelan, Chiori, Hutao. Even though i can't consistently vape for Hutao, Chiori deals a lot of damage overall for the team.
i know i can swap yelan with xingqiu but i dont care much about him. Also C0 Chiori, lvl90 R5 cinnabar spindle, 4pc husk set, talent 6/8/8, 2.5k def with 48/168 cr/cdmg AND i don't crown any characters

Pretty much what I thought. I mean, she's pretty! I like her outfit and voice lines but not worth pulling for my account. I've already invested too much into Geo and had it fail me. Thanks for the info, Juice!

Yeah my Navia team if I do go double geo I just use an unbuilt c6 gorou. He gives some buffs and w/ fav bow and exiled set he can be a decent battery.
Don’t have albedo, zhongli, or itto so no point investing in chiori for me.
Geo Traveler is also a decent option for some quick dmg, energy and a little crit buff.
I like she says her numbers are low... but GOD damn! That a LOT of damage
Her Chiori does much ,ore damage than any of my main dps
And yes I know chiori is not the greatest, I'm just saying juices artifacts are god like

With that first clear time I would say its completely trash, i'd expect 50s-sih. Nothing against you, but C2R1 should speak for it self. If she was c0 and not using her weapon I would say its good enough though....I was looking trying to even see if the dolls did anything and I could barley tell. I wonder if you try the same team but use any other sub DPS even like Fischl and see how the clear time ends up.
EDIT: I swapped out Chiori for Fischl and got a better time by a few seconds with Fischl using Ningg/Furina/Benny. Sure my Fischl is top 1% in agg and Chi has on spare GT gear, 7/7/7 and lvl 80...but she is supposed to be a damn 5*
Others have cleared better than me on C2R1. Skillissue I guess. On paper her numbers are not bad. But it's just that she doesn't has anything to add but that. For that reason she is easily skippable for most. Especially with Arleccino around the corner.
@@Juice-chan I would not say skill issue, 2 cons plus a weapon should be able to give anyone padding for any skill issue.
I cant seem to get a full clear with her at c0 and simply swapping her for a few 4*s I can actually just pull ahead. She is now c1 (don't ask lol) And I probably was too burned out trying but I did not see a single second better in my clear time with the c1, but I might of gone sloppy after endless tries.

I decided to pass. If her compatibility with Navia wasn't locked behind C1 I would have gotten her.
She is a character designed for 2 kinds of people.
She is rather a 100 % skip so that players can save for Arlecchino. Even her trailer and OST were underwhelming. They had no Intention to make her hype. Maybe a lot of devs were on vacation that time?
Or she is a bait unit for Navia or Mono Geo fans that need to do everything there money has to offer to get something out of her.
You should not support that shit where Hoyo creates artificial problems to solve the "solution".
