Its definitely a time for growth and reflection, as a busy mom. Would you share some of the tips that help you with balancing everything and how you are working towards improving your health and wellness?
Yes of course, I make sure I spend an equal amount working on my spiritual growth as I do my physical fitness. I work out and eat a healthy diet but I also practice intermittent fasting, daily prayer, worship, and reading the word! I've made it apart of my everyday life.
