No. I don't squeeze, but I have a lot of sebaceous filaments that stick out of my nose and makes my foundation look awful, so I do extract them with a pair of very pointy tweezers. Do not try this at home if you're not experienced.
Do you ever consider your skin microbiome with these creams? I wonder if there's so.e sort of good bacteria we should be rubbing on there.
No. But if you're using products that are too harsh or too active, then it will affect your skin barrier. I always say, be gentle. And skincare is very personal.

I made an update in another video, but so far...this particular technique works, but it's a lot of work. I find it hard to keep up and maintain daily.
