Hi Kaci...great episode, thank you! Would you consider doing a Gift Knits episode? Quick, interesting gift knits for family members and special friends for the upcoming holiday season. Need ideas!
I have been eagerly stalking your pattern roundup videos to see if the Clara sweater has been released yet because I just love it so much and can't wait till it's released! I'm also so pumped for the softly Kal! I think it's just the motivation I need to work through the two sweaters on my list that I'd love to have in my wardrobe! I've also been using it as motivation to finish some other wipes so I can dedicate more time to the Kal!
I'm working on the Night & Day cowl with the recommended yarn _ Harrisville Designs DK American Cormo. First time using this yarn. I have a thing with cowls ... especially Andrea Mowry's designs.
I'm currently using the Cantata (Cascade) yarn to knit my Avena (Steingass) sweater. I am enjoying working with this yarn, and I think it is a nice compromise for a winter sweater in the South, though I may still opt for shorter sleeves. The only issue I've had with the yarn is that, due to the way it is made (not spun), if there is an imperfection in the yarn, like a "blob", it is harder to manage than with a normal spun yarn, etc. So you live with the imperfection, or cut the yarn and weave the ends. You can't spit-spice this yarn. That said, I've only had a couple of places in the yarn that bothered me, and I was able to just live with them, hoping they'll stay on the wrong side of the sweater when I block it.
I thought we all agreed not to promote patterns that are not size inclusive. One of these patterns does not even go to a 50” if you want all 4” of positive ease in the pattern calling for 2-4” of positive ease.
Your podcast makes me so happy and feel so creative. Makes me want to try new and different styles and patterns.
Loved this episode, so many cozy autumn knits. Especially the sweater by Jared Flood and the Ballad collar by Sari Nordlund.
Hello from Swansea, Illinois. ❤❤❤
I really like the Caboodle Shawl, Amelie beanie, and Sea Glass Mittens. And the Three Season Pullover is just stunning! 🧶

I really love that Three Season Pullover, and that's a new yarn to me! I'm inspired!
Thread & Yarn is my favorite... definitely want to make that headband!
That geo trio cowl is so awesome, I saw it for the first time this morning and was taken, glad to see it made your round up!
Thank you for sharing!
That cable V-neck 😍
Beautiful patterns…I especially love the cabled patterns ❤

Just bought the sea glass mittens pattern! Considering that Wool and Pine v neck cable sweater too!
