I do, it's my favorite way to approach high notes. I've already recorded a reaction to that one as a few people mentioned it on some of my youtube shorts, so hopefully it'll be edited and uploaded by the end of next week.

Dimash es un gran artista con una voz fuera de lo común.
His range is actually around 7,5. So far we have seen him hitting from d2 up to d8, which is mental.
Yeah it's just about 4 and a half octaves in this one song, which honestly to me I find plenty impressive.
I've seen a lot of vocalists over the years that have crazy ranges when hitting isolated notes, but to sing a song over a range as wide as this and have it sound musical and cohesive throughout the entire piece is something I've not really seen before.

I had to rerender this video 3 times because of that issue to make it viewable. Was surprised cause I've had no issues with other reaction videos in the past.
Thinking of blurring all the videos in my reaction videos going forward to be honest. The music industry is very different from gaming for example where companies for the most part are happy to take the free advertising, and I want to make sure I avoid issues.

The thing about Dimash is his agility, versatility, and vocal flexibility is unmatched , so impeccable. He covers lows and highs and all the things in between so smoothly. Seamless transition. I have seen people can do all the things that Dimash does, BUT to make it in one song, with live performace, stage presence, and dynamics and breath control is really insane for many pro vocalists out there, that is what makes him standout the most!!!
Also, not many people know that Dimash just sang “ your love” song right before this Stranger song, same stage. One song does NOT make him sweating, as people know, your love is another insanely demanding vocals song, he sang back to back with 2 crazy dynamic breath control with all the modulations of 2 songs. That is huge and I am sure no other vocalists can do that, especially considered live performances. Many magic can happen in the studio place, but he sings live and performs so great! All the skills and concerts after concerts and many stages in the world that lead him to become a really monster vocal control level on stage at this point .
Vocal stamina is one big thing that Dimash really shines!
Well said mate, you can find singers that are good at all these individual things but it's not often at all that you find them displayed effectively and musically within a single piece by a single singer. Couple that with consistency and you've got a mind blowing combo.

Greetings from Russia. You are a very brave guy or just crazy. To comment on the performance of the best singer in this world deserves respect. The question is why the music world doesn't know anything about you??? The last note of Dimash sounds for 19 seconds. Can you do that???
Greetings from the UK. If you'd watched the whole video you wouldn't need to ask if I can hold notes for 19 seconds.
And there's probably a million reasons why the music industry knows nothing about me. It's a pretty amicable feeling though given how poorly actual artists get paid considering the massive grind that it is to get anywhere. From a cost/risk perspective it's just not something I'd consider a viable career choice for me personally (and that was before Covid and Brexit made it basically impossible to make money from touring unless you're already at a massive level. Making gaming videos at home has never looked more sensible honestly.)

@@pavel2198 Человек написал, что плавание под водой помогло Димашу контролировать задержки дыхания, а не что он благодаря этому научился петь ))) Димаш бесспорно имеет уникальные природные данные, но большая часть того, что мы видим сегодня - результат его огромной работы над собой!

His 3 year project that he composed and did the story board for the most expensive music video ever made. I still get something new each time I watch this masterpiece. This is Epic! We know that anyone can be trained well and study sounds to sing and be able to reach all octaves here .. but Dimash started it and introduced this to us and surprised the world with his solo confidence and own power on a stage . This backge !!! .. he was that idea's owner to break the era. Dimash will be the master from his first appearance not in holding breath for the longest or to hitting high or even his impossible beautiful slayed effortlessly low notes . Dimash master of masters. Simplemente un genio.
First, it's not only the range and high notes. You did it falsetto. Great. But try to do it in head voice, full power for 20 sec, like Dimash does it. And second - technique. His singing technique is incomparable. He can do many crazy things with his voice. And when he mixes them perfectly, and uses them on the right moment and place, in one 5 octave song, it's mind blowing. Thanks for your reaction.
That's pretty much the same thing I keep saying on repeat in all of my reaction videos, there's far more to singing that being able to hit a few notes. To be able to effectively navigate those ranges and maintain musicality all within the same piece is mind blowingly skilful, and I think that most people won't fully appreciate that when watching Dimash as they're too busy fixating on the extremes of range.
And yeah it definitely wasn't full power on my end (I'd say it varied from about 3/10 to 5/10 compared to the fuller coordinations I typically perform with as my voice warmed up as the note went on, but nothing I'd brag about tonally,) was just curious if I'm remotely that efficient in my higher ranges. Was no need to go full throttle down a mic that had its gain levels set to pick up my speaking voice, that would of annihilated the recording quality, haha.

Need to review Dimash's- The Story of One Sky. Took 3 years to do. Think he helped write the music, act, sings it, wrote the story of the video. It is an experience- soak it in.
Already have done, feel free to check it out here on the channel.
Be warned though I focused on his vocal delivery as I didn't feel fit to comment on much else with the massive scope that was obviously going on in the piece, and I'm sure my reaction to it isn't to everyone's tastes as a result.
I didn't feel fit to ruminate publicly on the nature of conflict between human beings (not without risking coming across like a complete moron anyway,) and honestly I've had my own challenges in regards to that topic which still affect me on a very personal level and I felt it was best to avoid rambling about that on camera.
I hope that some people get something out of my analysis on how effectively Dimash's vocals have been used as a tool to convey his emotional intent behind the message he's spreading with that piece though.
If you'd like to hear something more towards rock form Dimash check out "Durdaraz" one of my favourites.
