AMAZING! We live in our 2005 Airstream Classic. It's a 30 ft so slightly bigger and obviously newer. We're not doing a total gut job but I agree on the everything being beige and brown. We're slowly changing everything out. Hopefully by the time we hit the road next year (or soon after) we'll have new bamboo floors to replace the laminate too. Great renovation! Thanks for the inspiration!

I wish the video would have gone a bit more into detail about how he found a space to park (was it a family member's house, a friendly homeowner, is it legal according to city codes, etc)? For me, this is the biggest problem with tiny living. Unless you can afford to buy a piece of property, have it hooked up to the grid (or not if you're brave) and jump through all the legal hoops, you're still at least partially dependent on someone else for your living space. Which is fine, especially if you want to live in a city, but more information is needed in general on how to make that happen (finding property owners willing to host, the contract that should be drawn up between you and how to make sure you don't run afoul of city authorities).This is a beautiful remodel though and I love the scenes with his daughter. Best of luck.
I have your same questions. In my area, your structure has to meet size and value requirements. Townships, boroughs, and cities in most of Pennsylvania require all sorts of codes and specifications. They would almost force you into an RV park or out where someone has enough land that you wouldn't see it.

I love the scrap pieces of wood, the bamboo floors, and the colour of the cabinets - very unique! Salt Lake City looks beautiful, I love the mountains! Your daughter is too cute as well. I would keep the home, while it may not be suitable in the future eventually you might want that lifestyle again, and you put so much hard work into it. :)
