Everyone says start with the kick, which I think is good, but I think even more important is that you get a vocal that you like and then map a chord progression to this vocal. If I'm having trouble doing this (which is typical since I'm a pathetic keyboardist) just slow your BPM down to about 30 and get the chords and the timing correct with the vocal, then bring it back up to speed and fine tune it. This is what I have started doing and it really helps. Then make the melody and counter melody to go over the chord progression like he said, and pick a couple of good synths for these. Then you can pull in some killer drums with a solid kick. These you should be making templates for already.

Omg so you re gonna start like a normal tutorial than promote a product? 😭ok. Seems like i m gonna turn off my notifications cause I m sick of these” hey buy this and make better music” style of content. I m only here for your genius and insane talent you know. People like you dont need any of these . I subscribe to arcade and ended up never using it since its way too cheesy and mostly too random. You dont need arcade to make better melodies guys. If you are soo stuck just go grab unison chord pack or cymatic chord packs and make modifications on them you re fine. It will be way too faster to get inspired and find something actually works
Appreciate your concern but it’s not how this works 😂 in the video I explain my process to come up with melodies, all I do is using loops and sounds from arcade which I’ve been using recently! You can apply this process getting chords from anywhere, and I say that clearly, but no one is forcing you to stay if you don’t want to :)
