Wow I just took an amazing trip down memory lane.
I beat this game twice, and remember all the sounds and voices! Such a great game
So much nostalgia
I wanna cri this game is as beautiful on the day I forgot about I played this
4 years later and this gem is still unplayable on pcsx2. *sad noises*

@@soultones3580 yea it's fuckn incels ruin everything, but at least it's in a pretty good spot, eventually we'll get another, emulation will keep evolving as technology does
@soultones3580 aethersx2 is still up and running and runs pretty good. Games usually crash due to upscaling, but it's an easy fix. Other than that a few performance issues that get solved with clamping or server users.
How is the uploader playing it? It says he used PCSX2

I’m getting the obnoxious screen flickering, even with your settings how did you get around it?
Try use the latest PCSX2 v1.5.0 .. or u can try switch to 'Software mode' n switch back to 'Hardware mode' by pressing F9 mate.

It's 480p 30 fps on ps2.
So, you play the game on Ps2 but on your computer? Sorry for asking dumb questions but how do you make it look so clean?? I can only play it on my ps2 and it looks awful compared to this.. Is it possible to make it look this good on a ps2? I know it used to look so much better.
Edit: I think one of the factors can be my television, but I'm not sure.
He is using an emulator called PCSX2, which emulates a PlayStation 2 system on PC. This emulator also gives the option to increase the resolution of the game. So instead of playing at 480p (like the original PS2 did), he is probably playing at 1080p.
Not an expert on this, but it seems really unlikely that the PS2 can output 1080p resolution while maintaining at least 30 FPS. So unless you get the remastered edition on the PS3, you won't be able to replicate what he is showing in the video without a PC.

This game sorry as hell. so is final fantasy & kingdom of hearts. I never understood it. shit was literally garbage. ratchet and clank Jak and daxter, sly etc was way better and it’s not even close.
Why? This game has aged pretty well.
What a silly rant this game doesn't even look bad and the voice acting is solid too.
