Hi Ben. I'm Andrea from Cuenca-Ecuador (South America). Thank you very much for all your help. Yesterday, I had my B2-C1 Cambridge exam. I used many phrases that you suggested in other videos and I am confident about the possibility to get a C1 certificate (fingers crossed). Your videos were very helpful. I used so many phrases bot in the speaking and writing sections. Thanks a lot for your help. :)
Me too taking the CAE tomorrow 😁I'm really not that nervous because 1) I'm a huge chatterbox and 2) the circumstances have changed since my enrollment and now I don't even need the certificate any more. Of course, I will try to do my best tomorrow anyway 😁 thank you so much for the tips!
I'm taking my test next Friday and I want to thank you so much for all the tips and help you provided. Your videos were such nice friends during my preparation. I'm really really thankful.
Thanks Ben, I really enjoy listening to you. Also I appreciate that you're so responsive. I have asked another teacher a question about FCE exam on you tube but still have not received any answer! Lol
Thanks a lot for your suggestions! You are very clear in explanation and positive in communication. I hope I’ll demonstrate in the exams what I’ve just learned from your videos.
Never mind. No effotrt when searching for it, but due to your own video reccomending it, I finnaly found it. Link is here: ua-cam.com/video/kE-v96UezVg/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ToThePointEnglishwithBen.
I have a question. What if I structured my response to my partner's idea like this: agreeing or disagreeing with them by rephrasing what they have been saying and then adding my answer for the same question. In a nutshell: -AGREEING OR DISAGREEING BY REPHRASING WHAT MY PARTNER HAS BEEN SAYING; -GIVE MY OWN ANSWER FOR THE SAME QUESTION
I would argue that it will make you look more interested and professional. The examinators will grade your test on your ability to have a normal conversation. A conversation doesn't only include talking, but also listening

Same! ?

I wouldn't worry about rephrasing what your partner says. Just agree or disagree and expand on and justify your view
4:30 Why should body language be used? It truly doesn't matter. They simply consider speaking and not biting your nails. Everything is recorded.
