King Adam strikes again. That slow-twisting plank feels great! 🇨🇦👍🏼 (thanks for the free e-book too).

Hello, nice video, a lot of thanks. I love working with trx because I can strengthen and in the same position stretch the antagonist muscle, this makes my training flow in two different ways but my sensations are very good at the end of the sesion. What do you think about this? Is it correct or I am missing the focus?

Absolutely, being able to take each muscle area from a fully stretched position to a fully contracted position is a great benefit of suspension training. Becuase it works with your individual biomechanics.

Nice video as always! How hard is the first variant compared with a standard plank? Is there any other difference?

More instability so the argument could be more core and hip stabilisers activated in order to maintain the plank. Both highly effective though, when done right.
