takes a long time to start up and you can't really here the motor but nice view aslo is the normal indcator on otis series 1
Ah man you got it!!!! I recorded these in about 2010 but I no longer have the videos and now the building is gone! Props for getting this one. I'm gonna have to make a duel for this one in tribute!

Hi diesel Ducey, I am Robbie I am a big fan of elevators and I live not too far from Denver and Broomfield Colorado. That looks like a really nice elevator. I love elevators myself anyways I like to take them better than stairs, but that’s just crazy and that when you can barely see the numbers I never been in one like that one before

My grandmas apartment has this kind of elevator. 5 buildings in Milton MA has this elevator.
The floor passing chimes on these early ones are emitted from a 'off-the-shelf' product called Sonalert. I believe they are/were mainly used in medical monitors and other industrial appliances.
