Nothing has ever helped me as much as Suzanne! Over the past ten years I have struggled with alcohol and severe consequences. I have tried multiple programs but nothing has helped me as much as my one on ones with her. I believe that as I get more time staying and living life sober…enjoying life…it will become my new lifestyle.

I have been separated for a couple of years now. He was abusive and narcissistic. An addict as well to crystal meth. I began dating a friend of mine, last year. He recently began pulling away and eventually ghosted me after I spent 4 days with him. To say the least, I have not been well. Your UA-cam hypnotherapy sessions have literally saved my life. I listen to them in the middle of the night when I wake up anxious or before bed. Sometimes at the beginning of the day. Thank you SO much ❤
I am sorry to hear you are going through this Chrissy... it is so hard. I am glad my sessions are helping. I know it does not feel like it right now, but this will pass and hopefully you come out of it loving yourself a bit more so that your future relationships are healthy :)

This was very enjoyable, and by far, my favorite background track--volume was perfect with your voice. Thanks for letting it play on for awhile. I feel so blissed out that I could've stayed in that space much longer. I created a bubble that began below my ribs and expanded to include the Earth, moon, and space station. I held us all in love.
