There isn't specific rules, some players like to play double lines as well, I myself play singles only and only inside both of service boxes, anything beyond that is out, so almost impossible to lob, it's meant mainly to help shift weight of your body quickly right and left to catch the ball. Any player who starts first holds the ball as Magnus is doing so at 0:45, and it has to bounce to wawrinka's side first then play on as regular tennis with the same rules mentioned at the start of this response.
I actually don't know, I guess no one would really smash since this isn't meant for "point winning" but more of fun exercise and mainly focuses on improving reflex and weight shifts. For me, every time we play I pay a lot of attention to the ball and track it carefully with my eyes, and aim to stay on my toes to swiftly move right or left, as I don't even use topspin to hit the ball, just a flat shot or slice.
What an awesome warm up! Guess what I'll be doing before every game now?

Blackbird I would imagine it helps you get a feel for your racquet face too. Before going on to spin shots.
OMG I hit harder than that! :)
bruh
I’m so proud of you. Great job!
mini tennis??
En mi país se le conoce como cuadrito y es bueno para calentar
Why is he so friendly with Lukas Rosol, the player that everyone hates ?
88feji I don’t think the other player is Rosol.
I was just joking ... oops sorry
88feji It’s ok. Stan’s coach and Rosol do look strikingly similar, and nobody really likes Rosol lol
+Dominick Robinson
Hope Rosol hears us and is hard at work trying to be nicer .... hehe
