They just make all false promises before buying property and once you are interested their trap. You are ruined. Not a single words they will comply by. Also, extorting money in name of late fee is very common in their property. They themselves will not complete the construction and due to this if bank delay any payment they will start imposing late fine. They have made whole process so complex and bogus. That, once you buy any property from these, you will be wasted for entire life. Telling from personal experience. Think 10 times before dealing with them and investing.
Signature की construction एकदम low है। Tiles flooring, no proper lighting, low grade modular kitchen। और इनके price high grade construction। अपना hard earned money इन्हें देने से पहले इनके बाकी products चेक कर लें।
True, moreover she exaggerated like airport is 34 KM (cross check in Google map behen) and min it would take 55 mins to reach Airport, traffic and Barish hui to 2,3 Hours, Mumbai Expressway 15 mins (min) Rajeev Chowk (30 mins) . Signature is making affordable house and charging luxury pricing as per my understanding. Already sold out with any layout. They wanted relaxation on 4th floor verdict so they will delay, and you will not get this project complete in 6-7 Years.
