The way you capture everything in your videos is just beautiful. I have no other words to describe it. Your videos do such a good job of transporting the viewer to another place. Thank you for your work.👍👍
I haven'T een to Hedeby in 13 years and this was the most magical and beautiful throwback. Thank you so much for sharing your view and all those tiny mundane, incredibly gentle moments
That was hauntingly, achingly beautiful. The buildings, the everyday objects, the animals, the aurora, all of it. Such wonderfully evocative shots. I feel like I could smell the smoke, like I wanted to pick up the little wooden horse and feel the grain of the wood on my fingertips. Thank you my friend, thank you.
Lovely place, now for three years in a row I go there to the easter market together with vendors who have been there for years. Weather is unpredictable, but that's part of the charm! Hope to meet you there once.
So easy to feel life was simpler, better, more comfortable then, but I guess it wasn't really. Certainly more in tune with the natural world, and other humans, than today. Everyone had jobs to do, a home somewhere. Still so lovely to watch and dream...Thanks so much for these, to remind us there are better ways of living even now.
I think that is a very good question. I think both:) its hard having to make a fire to get Coffee of another warm drink to warm you up after a cold night. But its easy not having to prepare lunch packs for the Kids and vacuum clean:)
Thank you John:) yes it is. There is only a few People working there to make the place come alive. So if you do not visit during a market or other event where more reenactors gather then I suppose it could be a bit life less maybe. I Hope you get a chance to see it with more things going on:)
More beautiful scenery and experiences! I have wanted to build a low-tech homestead and live mostly like that while parking my automobile on the edge of the land, hidden, but it's so hard to choose "where" to do it. I'm in the US. Till I choose where, I turn to good books and videos.
Peaceful I can almost smell the food and the smoking fire, nice shots Rasmus thanks for sharing...
I am happy to hear that. Its good to know the sensations come through:)

Thank a lot Erik. Hope you are well my friend
Would it have been a simpler life or a harder one? Difficult to judge, but from today's perspective certainly very attractive. Take care, Eddie.

Very nicely done! That's Hedeby? There wasn't much to see when I was there years ago.
