The switch that you were talking about on the drivers seat is for Lamberd support , i mean for you back support and also you can play songs from your USB inserting it in your hand rest box ,
Before I had BMW 3 series that car really required a lot of maintenance.
This specific model of Mercedes c class is actually maintenance free..

Especially these Mercedes,
200c or 220d from 2011 to 2013 has best fuel consumption ,
And a very low maintenance specially in compared to Audi and BMW
