I notice that Arkansas State Trooper wisely do not rush the car and pull the perp out. They keep a good tactical distance and issue commands for the driver, et al. to exit the vehicle, raise hands where they can be seen, turn backwards to them, and then walk to them. No offense to local law enforcement, but I think the State Troopers have far superior training in just about every area. Perhaps Sheriffs and others could be trained by them as well (?)
